I think the 1st time I came here was in 2014. I stopped by here over the wknd to waste some time before soul cycle class in the front lot. They have unique homegood items for adults as well as children. The store reminds me of a brick and mortar Etsy shop. I purchased lotion, salve and an art sculpture jewelry holder. I really respect that they ask each customer that walks in to put hand sanitizer on and signs posted informing customers to keep masks over nose. Every store should be like this. I'm glad they have an online presence to purchase.

Cute store located inside Union Market. Things are on the pricier side but they have a lot of unique gifts. Everything is neatly displayed. Employees are friendly and helpful. They offer pillows, blankets, towels, candles, bath products, jewelry, kids gifts, greetings cards, handmade soaps, etc. If you're looking for a gift or a special item for the house, Salt & Sundry is a great place to visit.

Bottom Line: Cute, high end boutique selling food related items and some other interesting gifts. Salt & Sundry, as the name implies, sells items related to eating but definitely, high end, interesting, boutique-y items. For instance they have some unique dish towels, interesting cocktail mixers, savory sauces and cute dishes. Beyond the kitchen, they also have some things for the home like throw blankets and pillows. If you are shopping for a gift, it's worth checking out the jewelry and scented lotions and candles. I personally loved the cute Pebble brand children's toys. The style of the items sold at Salt & Sundry are eclectic but the store is nicely arranged to make you want to explore every nook and cranny. This Salt & Sundry located is located inside of Union Market.

I am a total sucker for these type of shops - Salt & Sundry is owned by Amanda McClements; this urban bohemian-esque store offers unique/whimsical items for the table, the home, for the bar, candles, products for the body (like chapstick), and even nibbles & sweets. I especially love their candle votives, hand-stitched decorative pillows, the greeting card collection, as well as the milk glass cups :D The staff here are oh-so-pleasant and really lets you to peruse the store, kindly reminding you to let them know of any assistance that you may need. It was so cool to hear that the owner's father creates the shop's one-of-a-kind tables and shelves that display the store products! Definitely check this little gem out - I know that I'll be purchasing/hoarding their items for my future home :D +unique/whimsical house decor/goods

Super cute little store in Union Market featuring candles (really cool, local, and expensive ones!), dish towels, tablecloths, table wear, gifts, bitters, mixers, etc. They played some pretty chill music and the lights were low. It was a good atmosphere to shop in while ambling between food locations. The staff was nice and we'll be back. :)

I love that this is one of the few places at Union Market that does not sell food. Instead, Salt & Sundry offers beautiful and unique items for the house. Their furniture is on sale and is made by the owner's father. Beautiful hand-crafted stuff that is expensive, but one of the employees last Saturday gave me a sheet of paper with info on custom furniture and went over the details - awesome customer service! In addition, despite all the customers in the store, I was asked for help at least one other time and saw other employees helping customers. It's clear the items are curated and selected for their quality and novelty. I will say a lot of the stuff is pricey and similar items might be found at Anthropologie, but I really am digging this alternative to the other vendors at Union Market.

super cute!

Their service is excellent from the designer to the contractors that put everything together. We liked that they kept us to our budget and that their promised timeline was met with a few days to spare. This was important to us since we wanted to go into our holiday season with this upgrade. Their website is transparent. You get a free in home visit and then a rough quote. Once we'd made decisions on products and accessories we were given a full detailed quote. Communication is so important to us and K&B excelled in this area. We sought out other quotes and looked at recent kitchen renovations from their competitors. No one came close to their quality, commitment to excellent service and communication. Check out our before and after photos.

David at KBF miraculously created a new design which (more than) doubled our storage within the existing footprint! In addition the condo's worn (and cheap) cabinets, wallcoverings and countertop were upgraded to beautiful, top-quality, products which will last us many years. Finally, KBF (and their contractor) easily navigated the maze of regulations and procedures required in our large building. Their skill, craftsmanship and professionalism were exemplary. THANK YOU!

Great work and after job completion they stand behind their work and products. I highly recommend…read more I had a complete bathroom redone from piping to shower, tub, toilet including all new cabinets and fixtures.

I went to Old Town Bath and Kitchen when I needed to replace the cartridge for my bathroom faucet…read more It was an older, higher-end model and come to find out cartridges were hard to get a hold of. Ed, the manager from Old Town B&K, was able to do it! Moreover, he did this over the course of 2 emails and a phone call. He was incredibly helpful in helping me maneuver all of this - dealing with a leaky faucet and a less than interested manufacturer. Unfortunately, the cartridge did not fix the problem and in fact my faucet leak became worst due to internal damage the plumber found. I was soon advised to simply replace the faucet. I emailed Ed and asked for help once again; I sent him a picture of my current faucet and asked what we he could do to help me find something similar. In hours he found multiple alternatives in a great price range - $250 - $350; this was half the price of the faucet I was replacing. The options were all great and I ended up settling on one that I love more than the original faucet. Ed was a savvy advisor that in a few short emails and calls was able to help me find a high quality and beautiful faucet that I love. He was simply SPECTACULAR - especially during a demanding work week and crazy travel schedule. Moreover, Ed worked swiftly to get me the new faucet in two days so I was able to get rid of the leaky one and have a fully operational bathroom again. Simply awesome. And while I feel the mark-up on some of the products seemed a little high, I would surely say it was all worth it considering the amazing customer service and counsel I got from Ed and the team! I plan to return to them for all my bathroom and kitchen needs in the years to come! They were fantastic.
