I honestly believe I'm being quite generous by giving this location two stars…read more We stayed here for two nights with our dog and they charge a $25 per night fee for pets, so we paid $50 total to have the dog with us. While that is not an unreasonable fee, it adds up very quickly, especially if you're going to be staying for any length of time, so just be mindful. We had a myriad of issues with this hotel from the beginning. The first and most important being that nothing was clean. I have attached multiple pictures of how dirty this hotel is (see below) but I honestly had to stop myself because my camera roll is full of them. We found random items on the floor and couch when we checked in and when we left the room we saw staff pushing some sort of giant roller on the ground, like a lint roller, that seemed to be what they were using instead of an actual vacuum cleaner. To be fair, I did hear the maids using a vacuum cleaner at one point, but by walking down any of the halls or stairs or any room in this hotel and looking down, you could tell that they were not being cleaned. It was honestly disgusting. Another constant issue that we had was with our credit card being charged strange amounts. The first day there was a $25 for the pet fee, which made sense and then an additional $145.49 charge that we had no idea about. We figured it would fall off, so we left it alone. The second day, there was another $25 charge which made sense and then a new charge of $96.49 for goodness knows what. We don't typically go to the desk to check out, but because of the issues we had here, we decided to make sure that we got a receipt before leaving and addressed the charges. The manager told us that they did not know what the charges were and that someone probably entered the codes incorrectly and that the charges would drop off and not to worry about them. Our receipt showed the $50 for the pet fee which we happily paid in addition to the hotel costs. However, the day after checking out of the hotel, we received another temporary charge on our card of $150. I was of course very upset about this as we were not even in the state any longer. We contacted our credit card and ultimately all depending charges, with the exception of the pet fee, were removed. Still, everyone knows how frustrating it is to get erroneous charges on your card and I still do not understand how our card was charged when we had long since left the establishment. It seems shady and I would caution anyone who does decide to stay here to keep an eye on their credit cards. We did take advantage of the 24 hour pool, but it got difficult to keep pretending that everything wasn't incredibly dirty. I also used their laundry room and the older washing machine worked very well, but the newer dryer barely dries at all. I actually ended up using the hair dryer in our room to dry the clean clothes. There were also a bunch of other small issues like having a fireplace in the room that is unusable, and the air conditioner having two control panels and neither one of them working very well, and a lot of other things I could say, most of them having to do with the incredibly dirty environment, but ultimately I'll just say that the best part of our stay was the free coffee in the lobby and if I had it to do over again I would look harder for a better place to stay in the area. If you are a clean person or have any sort of germ phobias at all, you won't be getting any rest in this hotel.

Our first conversation with Mitch was straightforward, very professional, and there weren't any hidden fees! We tried several other rentals beforehand and after the hidden fees were about double the price they were posted for, they didn't have the best communication and sometimes even rude owners. Glad to say that wasn't the case with Trifecta. Mitch was super helpful. The delivery fee included setup and a walk through explaining all the ins and outs (every RV is different). The tanks were filled, it was clean, ready for us to enjoy our trip, and perfect for our needs. Will 100% rent from them again if/when in need of an RV. Left some cash as a tip which he offered to send back to us because we didn't leave a note explaining it was for him. Super honest. Awesome experience!
