I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. Then there are around 6 desks in the front as you walk in, where "sales-personal trainers" sit and harass you to get personal training which is around $400-$500 a month..... who can afford that now? Overall, my personal opinion is that this facility is old and dusty, it needs a lot of updating to be the caliber of gym that Bally's once represented long ago, and it definitely needs new equipment To meet safety standards! I personally can not believe the owner of this business keeps those machines on the floor, all it takes is one slip and someone could get tetanus. In a post Covid world, LA Fitness needs to do a lot better in the hygiene department for the customers who place their trust in them to help with their fitness goals; rusty equipment is completely unacceptable.

I arrived at 9:30am today and was greeted by a young lady who was very polite. After a brief tour I asked her about using the recovery room and she walked over to speak with the owner. He said it was only available to members. I then showed him the BioFit website Free Consultation offer and he said the tour is the free consultation. I was shocked and told him that I thought the wording was very misleading and he argued that it isn't and nothing is free. Spent the majority of my life in the hospitality industry and this was a horrible experience. As I completed this review in the parking lot, the owner came and knocked on my car window. He said I just read your review and continued to argue about the Free Consultation offer. He then added some profanity and said that BioFit is not a corporate gym and that he offers personalized coaching.
