Even if you are there to give the gift of a massage to someone you can waitin the waiting room and they offer you wine , water or juice if I remember correctly. If you book your self massage ‍ the ladies are very professional and they know what they are doing. You come put a new person. Ready to face the world. Now you have to remember to drink lots of water before and after because if you don't you will become very sore. I'm the waiting room if you are waiting on someome there iss relaxing music and sounds. They also have snacks. I recommend it to anyone who can go and is in need of a day to relax. read more

The aesthetic of this place is phenomenal. I love everything about it. It is so feminine and girly. I was able to walk in at my scheduled time and be greeted with a clean lounge that offered biscoff cookies and mimosas. What else could a girl want my massage is good and the perfect for what I was there for which was relaxation. The bathrooms were clean, cool and everything was closed. They offer multiple subscriptions at a decent price and the parking was OK considering that it shares a parking lot with an apartment complex and other businesses I did enjoy it a lot and although the massage wasn't the best in Central Florida, that could've also been who my attendant was that day. I definitely plan on coming back to this location and visiting one of the other ones just to see if they all live up to the Oviedo location of relaxation. read more

Irene was my massage therapist and an absolute professional who applied not only skill, but knowledge regarding anatomy. This further more set my expectations at a high and was met with her ability to listen and focus on what needs to be tended to. If you're an office worker, wannabe NASCAR driver, or in sports? She may be the one. Overall ambiance is professional, clean, and relaxing. Indulging in tea, wine or treats they have is available. Managers are very respectful and easy to work with. 10/10 recommend this and the sand lake location! I've already brought in some friends to her who seek for her as well. We went to Allora in Oveido for the first time and had a wonderful experience! My fiancé and I had a couples massage and both had a wonderful experience. My masseuse was James and he did a spectacular job... great pressure, very thorough, and super professional. The facility itself is new and so pretty! Not to mention everything was extremely clean. There was a relaxation room we enjoyed post massage with drinks and snacks. They also offer a monthly membership at a super reasonable price. I was having horrible neck and shoulder pain on my left side - nothing would help it go away, and I was in pain for about 2.5 weeks. I made an appointment with Allora to try to get in there ASAP as I was almost at the point to make a doctor appointment. Allora Day Spa is a nice and friendly "zen vibes" atmosphere, and I filled out an intake form in their tea room. I was offered a drink of herbal tea, water, or wine upon my arrival, which was also very pleasant. Anthony asked me what I was experiencing, and I explained my problem and how I was experiencing pain and nothing seemed to help. I told him I wanted ultimate pressure - as most massage therapists won't apply enough pressure to really do anything to help. Let me tell you, Oviedo: IF you have ANY muscle pain and you need a DEEP TISSUE massage, Anthony is your man! The whole experience was amazing- welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!! read more

I can't believe I'm expected to get up and move after this! I've had massages from Paris to Japan and today was the best experience I've ever had! Geraldine is a massage magician. Her skills were amazing. She puts her whole body into it with perfect variable pressure and timing. She knows which areas to hit and how long to work on them! Even her SKIN texture was perfect. For head to toe tingles (seriously) and perfect professionalism, there's no one better. I wish I could go back tomorrow, but I'll have to wait until next week sadly. I also HAVE to brag on Jaden who was my aesthetician today and gave me an outstanding facial! Flawless dermalplaning, thorough extractions, toning exfoliation, NAD+ jelly mask, and gentle massage. ‍ I fell asleep and woke up to a face reset: moisturized, plumped, clear, even, and glowing! She even hand wrote me the sweetest personal thank you note complete with after care instructions and future recommendations (apparently she did this while the multiple layers of products/treatments were working their magic). So I've been here twice for a couples massage and let me tell you I signed up because the deal cannot be beat. Go for a massage then brunch at cfs followed by a stroll around the park. The first time the massage was great the second time is why they lost one star. I told the masseuse I needed a firm massage and he said deep tissue and I said no last time I got bruised when I did one of those so we proceeded and when I went to check out I felt bruised and was charged for a deep tissue. I sent the company an email last week (3/8) to their email address on the website. Since I have not heard back in a week, I decided to post the review instead. I visited the Oviedo location last Friday for a day of papering and left with a less than stellar experience. I'd been feeling immense stress and anxiety as I prepared to begin a new job this week and thought what better way to prepare than to indulge in some self care. When I called to make the appointment, I requested 10am (as offered by the staff). By the end of the call, I was asked to change to 10:30. Okay, cool. That's no problem. Upon arrival around 10:15 that day for my appointment (bamboo massage, facial, and back facial), another couple checked in after me but was taken back to their room before me. At this point, it was 10:35 and I still had not been taken back. The receptionist then came to tell me the bamboo was in a couple's room and asked me to switch to hot stones. I told her no, that is not what I wanted nor what I signed up for. She walked away to possibly figure out what's next I suppose. I was finally taken to a room where my therapist walked in with a small piece of wood. I informed him that I was under the impression that it would be long bamboo sticks as presented in the images on the website, and that I was not comfortable paying for a service that I did not actually receive. He told me he had that one in his car. Together we went to the front desk and explained the situation, and again, I was asked to do a regular massage to which I declined because that was not what I came for nor wanted. I was told I could do bamboo next time. No. The only solution was then for me to wait until 11:00 (so now an hour after the time I originally requested and half an hour after my official appointment). I obliged. You can imagine my frustration at this point and the stress I was feeling. It was my first time here and meant to be a relaxing experience, but it was anything but that. During the massage service, my masseuse was attentive, however I was expecting an actual foot massage as part of the process since it was head to toe. This barely happened. I was informed that a reflexology massage is an option, but I was still expecting something to be done to the feet aside from hot towels. The same with the hands, they were not manipulated at all. My back facial and regular facial were enjoyable experience as the esthetician was knowledgeable. At checkout, there was no effort made to correct the situation that took place earlier. I still paid full price for my service, did not get what I expected, had to wait even longer, and I simply did not leave with a feeling of ease or refreshment. Of course I would never go to a business and actively seek a discount for services provided, however, in this case, I do believe more could have been done for the inconvenience. I was then offered a membership package which I will not be taking part in based on this experience. I am disappointed that my concerns have gone unaddressed. read more

Shout out to Allora Day Spa for inviting me over to their Oviedo location! After having some minor hiccups in my prior appointment at their other location they called me to listen and make it right. That enough tells me that they take their costumers to heart. Because of that I got to experience some much needed me time at their new spot near me! To begin, this new location is so modern and the ambiance easily gets you in the mood and gives you all the feels, right off the bat. I was offered Peach bubbly~ it tasted like the perfect juice while putting me in those happy vibes. For my massage, I was matched with Tamara and she did a fine job of bringing on the relaxation further. She took her time and hit the spots I needed most. She even provided a lil bonus of scalp massages at the end which I loved. I also love the lotion scent they use to massage with, its this subtle sweet scent that is not overpowering but reminds you of your blissful pampering afterwards. I had the best experience at Allora! I've visited their other locations in Sand Lake and Downtown, but this one is by far my favorite. Ahlexus gave an aromatherapy massage with eucalyptus and I'd recommend her if you're looking for deeper pressure. I get facials frequently and tend to get a lot of mixed advice, but my facialist gave genuinely helpful recommendations based on my skin type beyond the standard "drink more water and moisturize". 1000/10 experience, and I will be looking into purchasing a membership! read more
