Shortly after, they called back and informed me that they only had one masseuse available and would no longer be able to accommodate the couples massage we had specifically booked. I find this extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If they knew they were unable to honor the reservation, I feel they should have notified me at least a week in advance rather than waiting until only two days before the appointment. At that point, finding another couples massage appointment elsewhere was extremely difficult, especially for such an important occasion. Unfortunately, this completely ruined plans I had made for our one-year anniversary. I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen, but the lack of communication and the extremely late notice were unacceptable. I would not recommend booking here for a special occasion, as there is no guarantee that your reservation will actually be honored. I would suggest taking your business elsewhere.

The place was very quaint and comforting. Although it's a no frills type of vibe my sinuses could've used some eucalyptus scents, of which there was none, nonetheless the experience was wonderful. She was very thorough, although a foot massage would've been chefs kiss! Overall the experience was long overdue for me and I do recommend it for YOU! Ps. We got a Valentine's Day package consisting of a 60-minute couples massage and a gift bag filled with 2 face sheet masks, a small box of chocolates, and a small teddy bear toy for $159. Sweet deal! They had us fill out digital questionnaires listing our contact information, allergies, massage preference (swedish, medium pressure, deep tissue), and problem/achy body areas then we were promptly brought to a room. The room and the massage table themselves are nothing fancy, but there is calming background music to help you relax. You begin face down and place the towel over your body and wait for them to arrive. I opted for deep tissue massage and we both added the option of cupping (an additional $40 total) and it was awesome. Crystal was my massage therapist and she provided the perfect amount of pressure and really worked out a lot of my knots and tight muscles. I've gotten cupping done before, but this was a much better experience (painful for the first minute as I was acclimating myself to the suction feeling again, but felt great for the remainder of the time). Since we both enjoyed our massages so much, we opted for one of their massage packages - 10 massages for $589. That's an amazing deal!!
