It happened twice 2 separate times, and they had to send the same repairman out twice to replace the side boards bc my bed was half on the floor. When it happened again to the other side, the repairman said he had many problems with my original set and he suggested to me to buy a totally different one. When I spoke to management they recommended the same thing, replacing my original set. I did replace my original set with a totally different new one and different style.it cost me another $300. So far I haven't had any problems. I had to go through customer service multiple times to fix my issues which bothered me. My set was under warranty. Once I got my new bedroom set things have been fine, no problems. I went in to Bob's this time in person looking for a living room area rug. I was greeted immediately by a nice salesman. Unfortunately bc I went 2 days after Black Friday, the selection wasn't that great and couldn't find what I needed. The store was filled with many different styles and types of furniture. Bob's coordinates sofas, love seats, recliners with an area rug and accessories. It's nice to walk around and get ideas. Bob's claim they're having a sale. I feel like they mark things up to mark them down. I have bought high-quality furniture over the years and paid a premium, but that furniture has lasted me and is still in great shape. I guess you get what you pay for. If you're looking for furniture on a budget then Bob's is your place. Just make sure you know exactly what you're buying. .

However, we went to about a half dozen furniture stores looking to outfit a small studio apartment and Bob's BY FAR was the best shopping experience. Arnold understood what we needed, was respectful of our budget and made the entire experience easy.

While the name says Christmas, the store has items for the house that are not holiday themed. Think of it as a Bed, Bath & Beyond merges with a Dollar store and produces a store somewhere in between. On a recent trip home to NJ, I was super excited to see that a Christmas Tree shop had opened in my old neighborhood. But my excitement turned to disappointment as soon as I entered the store. Everything was in a disarray and was random, no sense of order and logic. Had my memory failed me? Was it always like this but because of where I was at that point in my life, I didn't notice? Say it isn't true! I loved The Christmas Tree shops and still have a pasta set I bought, white with a pattern of black olives and green leaves. This day a huge crate of Santa's, penguins and reindeer greeted one upon entering; they were cute. They still sell lots of note cards and thank-you notes for a buck or two. However the Christmas Cards were priced the same as other stores. Still have lots of tea and a random assortment of food products, like a ginormous canister of cheese curls, but nothing I would buy. Left without buying anything and most likely won't stop in again. It wasn't the price range because I love a good Dollar Store. The content within the store just had no appeal for me.

We then walked away only to find her pop up right behind us every single time we paused to look at a piece of furniture. It was uncomfortable to shop here with this sales tactic. Some of the furniture was nice and looked like it could be from this decade, but not for us. Could have been a better experience if the sales team wasn't so awkward.
