We had an amazing experience with Saluda Landscaping! We first met with Lynnea at our home, whose been at Saluda for over six years, it was impressive to know she has a horticultural degree to add to her experience and knowledge. She listened to and assessed our exterior with her vision and care, she took in everything we said, our concerns and our wish to transform the exterior look of our home. A landscaping design was created and after our review and approval, we were on the schedule rather quickly. A crew of men came, managed by Robert and led daily by Juan. They confirmed the plans and got to work early each day. What's so refreshing is each time something came up that was important, such as retaining wall layout, placement of lights or plants, or a need to adjust plans, our input was needed and respected. Our home looked so ugly before Saluda came out, it was embarrassing, we did not have a sprinkler system, landscaping or lighting and had terrible drainage around the home. Saluda not only has professionals that know what they're doing but they truly care about the job they do and want their clients to be thoroughly satisfied. My family, friends and neighbors are amazed at the transformation of how beautiful our landscaping has turned out: our new sprinkler system bringing efficiency and saving time with watering, gorgeous exterior lighting that highlights our new retaining wall and home, front and side piping, drains and rocks to route water where it's needed and beautiful plants, trees and shrubs to finally make this home stand out. We had a few other local companies come out to give their input and bids and found that Saluda is very reasonable for the scope of work needed. They worked with our budget and the other bids and appreciate our military service with a discount. What was a huge deciding factor aside from price was the responsiveness, the detailed estimate and explanation of work and timeframe. We will have future projects and will definitely have Saluda back and will always recommend them because of their ability to get the job done right in every aspect of the process from start to finish. read more

Very rude and unprofessional! They wrecked into my truck and knocked dents and busted my passenger window out and denied it even though they were muddy dents and their tracks were made from the bobcat they have a young kid driving around my vehicle all day.Got a manager look at it and he was very rude with me about it and acted like it was my fault when my vehicle was parked the whole time.I recommend finding a company that is trustworthy and this isn't the one. read more

What an amazing company! I'm currently a horticulture student in the upstate. Going on a field trip. to Saluda Hills Landscaping Company was an amazing day. Touring the facilities (red carpet style) and executing quite an impressive presentation on every aspect of their company. Every single one of the managers of each department explained in detail what their role was and how they fit into the company as a whole, and it's amazing there. They received awards for being one of the best places to work in South Carolina. Landscaping and the green industry as a whole are growing in the USA, with this company being one of the fastest in the nation. Offering quite the internship to apply for. I'm looking forward to future endeavors with them. and I would refer them to anybody for landscaping commercial and residential. projects that may come about. They value their employees. creating a career there, not just a job. and have integrity. Contacted Saluda Hill Landscaping to look at what seems to be a drain in the ground coming from the neighbor yard and has been eroding the yard. I was told no and that I had to contact Stanley Martin. Saluda Hill did all the landscaping on the property and the surrounding houses when they were built by Ryan Homes. I asked if they would handle any calls dealing with landscaping on the property and she (Ms. Meagan) said no. This is the first time where I was told that they no longer are doing any work with regards to landscaping in Barr Lake subdivision, when back in May a manager came out to look at an irrigation issue. read more
