This event and venue location was a total surprise for me!…read more I did not know this place existed until I was asked to help with the wedding planning. It was spacious and accommodating. Although there were several last minute reschedules and issues that we ran into, it was altogether a good location for parties and gathering. The wedding that we help decorate and plan had roughly 320 guests. They did not have enough tables and chairs for us, so we had to rent from other places. Parking is limited to first come, first serve for about the first 30-40 cars and the rest would need to park farther in the back at their extra parking lot space. This venue does not allow alcohol, from what I heard, and it was a dry wedding. We had soft drinks, sparkling grape juice, and grape juice mocktails. The people working at the venue is quite friendly and are willing to help you when you ask. We are very grateful that they allow us to leave our stuff for an additional day.

His energectic personality was infectious. I found him to be very in tune with the atmosphere of the event all evening. He made necessary announcements when needed, in a dignified and professional manner. He played elegant, soft music while we ate dinner, and took requests all evening long. He was engaged with the guests and family all evening. By the time we had finished dinner, Shawn then turned it up a notch and had everyone in the room on the dance floor. Everyone was laughing, dancing, and enjoying themselves, which is exactly what we wanted. Even the grandparents were on the floor. So much of the mood at a wedding reception is reliant on the music and A DJ Connection, and Shawn were exceptional. I cannot recommend A DJ connection highly enough. They knew so much more about planning this type of event than I did and went so far above and beyond what was expected to make this a beautiful and memorable experience. They have very tall tree's in the back of there property, and there is a wood fence. The large trees on there property are becoming a nuisance. They cause pollen, and dirt to the back side of my house. I've had it recently pressure washed. After going outside, and coming too close to having a branch poke my eye, and it hurt. The most are ten to twelve feet tall. I've asked several times for them to just trim them back, and off my house. I was told by Brian on 6-28-16 they would not be trimming the tree's. If I wanted to pay then go ahead. This sounds like bullying towards a senior. I believe these people make tons of money from the parents, and being the tree's are on there property, it's not neighborly, or Christian of them to expect a senior to do there job. If the circumstances were reversed, I have no doubt they would be after me to talk care of my property. And it's very unnecessary for them to expect this to fall on my shoulders. Just do the right thing--First City Gymnastics!!! Be a good neighbor. I can assure if one of these branches causes me to lose and eye, and more stress than I've already had to deal with. It's not right, by no way you spin this. They can't be a good neighbor, I'm sure I would not trust my kid's, or grandkids under their care. This senior wants to speak up about such unkind people. How would you feel if this was your mother? Or grand parent? I would pray we stand for the right thing to do. This is not my property, should not cost me a dime. Brain told me to trim them. Last I checked, I'm not twelve feet tall, or physically able. Just be kind to your neighbor. I have asked nicely several times, to no avail. Open to suggestions?? This senior can be determined when I know I stand on the side of what's right. And I've never cared for anyone being bullied, no matter the age, race, or any form of different. If they think being a bully to a senior, what about children?

Our daughter wasn't tall enough to ride everything (only 38"), but we still managed to have a good time. They have a lot of rides for the smaller kids. My wife and I enjoyed the roller coaster the best. We took advantage of the low wait times and rode the roller coaster several times. Definitely worth checking out.

It was the day before Thanksgiving, and most of the SUP places had closed up for the season. Robert was the only one that returned my call. Personable and friendly from the jump, Robert said he could deliver SUP boards to us that morning, and he was coming from Pensacola. Robert asked what type of car we had, our height, and where we were looking to SUP. All of the questions so he could determine what accessories to bring to meet our needs. He offered to drop off the SUP boards anywhere we wanted to meet. But wanting to SUP at multiple areas, Robert hooked us up with a roof rack system so we could bring our boards anywhere we wanted. Robert showed up at our rental that morning with everything we could need to SUP; boards, paddles, life jackets, leashes, and a soft roof rack system. He showed us how to get the rack and boards on our car, and suggested places for us to not only SUP, but to visit for scenery/food. Robert gave us a map outlining historical areas of Pensacola, and must-not-be-missed restaurants, with suggestions of places to go, things to do. For pick-up, all we had to do was leave our boards outside and Robert came and picked them up. We had such a nice time on the boards, they were in great condition, and the roof rack system worked seamlessly. Everything was handled with ease, and Robert was easily reachable by text. I would definitely recommend Robert to anyone looking to SUP. Oh and their boards are dog-friendly!

First let me start off that this guy Steve is an egotistical jackass! If you're a parent that likes to be involved with your kids gymnastics and not a bot, this isn't the gym for you! I long story short........ I had some disagreements with him, but he doesn't just talk to you, he talks at you in a manner not normal for a gym owner. Just look at all the other 1 star reviews on him, you'll see a pattern! Save yourself a headache and Just stay away from this guys establishment! She was talking in a tone I couldn't overhear, but I could hear what HE was saying to her about her daughter and I was offended for her. Malik took him in with no hesitation. It's only been about three weeks of biweekly classes and I can already tell his confidence has grown from being with Malik. The prices are extremely reasonable, and there are discount for multiples (my husband and son go together sometimes) his location is convenient for almost anyone on the east side of Pensacola. As far as workouts go, I can tell that just the last 20 minutes that I come in and listen to them, he knows what he is doing. Malik pushes but also builds you up and hype you up at the same time.
