This is an AMAZING group of people! I showed up stressed out and mad (not at them...at the other service location in CT). I think I was very much one of those irate customers. Despite that, the service manager, Rich, took it in stride, helped me the best way he could, and took the time to hear me out. The service receptionist who helped me, Alex, was patient and kind. The two wonderful young mechanics who helped me with transport (Jamison and Lainey - I hope I spelled their names right!) were friendly, fun to talk with, and both had very good things to say about their employment - they are happy to work there. That says a lot. This is a great group of people. They work well on behalf of their customers. They know what it means to value us, to keep us coming back. They worked with my strange work schedule, and they have my respect. I never thought I'd say that about an auto dealership, but here I am, saying it!
