This is an AMAZING group of people! I showed up stressed out and mad (not at them...at the other service location in CT). I think I was very much one of those irate customers. Despite that, the service manager, Rich, took it in stride, helped me the best way he could, and took the time to hear me out. The service receptionist who helped me, Alex, was patient and kind. The two wonderful young mechanics who helped me with transport (Jamison and Lainey - I hope I spelled their names right!) were friendly, fun to talk with, and both had very good things to say about their employment - they are happy to work there. That says a lot. This is a great group of people. They work well on behalf of their customers. They know what it means to value us, to keep us coming back. They worked with my strange work schedule, and they have my respect. I never thought I'd say that about an auto dealership, but here I am, saying it! You can feel secure that this team will do right by you. I recommend Salvadore Chevrolet - five stars.

This dealership makes the process of buying a new car even more difficult than it has to be. I cannot recommend using them for any future car needs.

Our experience with Ron Bouchard has so far been positive. They are somewhat typical as far as dealerships. Sales is not too pushy, but as with any dealership, they make money on sales, upgrades, and service and as such have been predicable with their tactics. They confidently declare they are different from other dealers because they don't charge above sticker price, which appears to be true, but I wouldn't consider it a selling point. While I appreciate not paying above sticker, I would never pay above sticker so this doesn't help much. While I appreciate the straight forward pricing and I would love to believe that they are better than other dealers, anytime someone tells me to trust them, it sets off a bunch of alarms in my head and I worry that if they have to tell me that, instead of discovering that on my own, is it true? Either way, the vehicle is absolutely amazing and we truly love it. I can't say it enough, we LOVE OUR KIA! We also have a Porsche Cayenne and the Kia is as good or better than the Porsche. Nonetheless, the sales process is standard and the honesty/knowledge/promises are as always, questionable. With all that said, would I return to Ron Bouchard Kia? Yes, more for the quality of the vehicle and the convenience of the dealer location.

They send me a link to the car - surprise, it's now listed at $26,990. I ask if they'll sell it to me at the price it was previously listed at just two weeks ago. Answer: no. The price is now $26,990 because "when you first inquired about this vehicle, it was listed at our lowest price due to how long it had been on our lot. Now that it's newly back in inventory, the pricing has been adjusted to reflect current market values. If anything changes on your end feel free to reach out!" If this is how you want to be treated as a customer, I guess buy a car at Ron Bouchard Kia.

Also road trip to Ocean City beach No. Carolina. This van had more sand in it than Newcombe Hollow Beach. Kids drink stains, seashells, etc. etc. Not sure how the crew at Rt 2 did it but the van shines. Windows are clean even the side windows with ice cream smears. Carpet looks good. Had big swipe along driver side door that is mostly gone. And, very nice people (live, real, people) to speak to.
