I went online immediately and found SERVPRO of South Kenosha County. I had no idea what to expect - price or time wise, so I called them. With a respectful and friendly tone, I received an estimate and what time they'd be at my home. They came ON TIME as PROMISED, moved my basement items then did an excellent and thorough job... at an extremely reasonable rate!!! Then I saw on their truck that they did Carpet Cleaning. I inquired about it. They said they use a product that de-greases the carpet and that they didn't use any soap or detergents. I requested a estimate, so they measured the all the carpeted areas and I had the estimate by email in just a couple of hours. Well, I am very pleased, not just because the carpet was extremely clean - BUT because 3 days later when I vacuumed it, I had to move the "carpet height lever" UP another notch because the carpet had been brought UP which PROVED to me the carpet was clean all the way THROUGH to the bottom!!!
