It was a common sports related injury but thanks to this doctor who was very unprofessional and did not know what he was doing I have not been able to walk for over 3 months. He cant put on casts correctly and charges you for his mistakes. Im not sure why he is licensed! I went thru 4 casts in less than a month. The last cast he put on was cutting off my circulation (toes were purple and blueish). It was the weekend and urgent care did not have the tools to cut off the cast, I called him and he did not have keys to his office. I had to cut the cast off myself with tin snips and a small saw to get blood to circulate. He was very unprofessional and its obvious he does not care about treating patients! I got a 2nd opinion from another doctor and it turned out I needed surgery ASAP. This new doctor does know how to put a cast on!

I always feel welcome and am the focus of the doctor and the staff's attention. Though you may have to wait when he's very busy (because he gives every patient that full attention and never rushes care to get through his clinic docket), you know you'll get that same attention when he gets to you, and his medical assistant does everything she can to keep you comfortable. Dr. Elebrashi is highly skilled as a surgeon and wound care specialist. His medical assistant, office manager, and receptionist make coming to the clinic a pleasure. Whenever I have have a new wound or issue with my feet (which is far less often thanks to Dr. Elebrashi's care), I am able to get in to see him in reasonably short order and can even send in a photo of the issue to prepare him. Dr. Elebrashi is also a man of amazing personal character. He is kind, compassionate, even-keeled, and always reflecting positivity. It is such a joy and honor to be under his care. Once you check in, of course they take payment before anything else! You sit in a waiting room with absolutely no privacy. No television no music, I could hear the man next to me BREATHING! Terrible. The initial consultation was pointless, Dr. Pandey told me what I already knew was my issue so his next step was to have a procedure. I agree and scheduled, once again payment needed before anything else. The day of procedure Dr Pandey was very unprofessional, before I went under anesthesia I saw him pull out his cell phone multiple times and even in the operating room. Not even a walmart employee is on their cell phone while working! I had my procedure done on March 4th with results that needed a biopsy I was told it would take 2 weeks for the results. It has been over 3 weeks and no results. I have called into the office 3 seperate times now multiple days in between and every single time the receptionists are extremely unprofessional. The last one I spoke to named Alma tells me they don't have the results and the other two said they would send them last week. Their responses have changed multiple times. I will let everyone I know not to come here and I am reporting to the state medical board.

Dr. Vishteh spends much of time in trauma surgery and his private patient practice is rather small. His is a small office which means there are less people to do things but the personal experience is overall better. His assistant, Dana, is also a key component of his practice and she is fantastic. He only sees patients on Wednesdays so he's not the easiest guy to see. (Buuuut... I needed neck surgery and since I have just the one neck...) Dr. Vishteh is personable, kind, compassionate and a great listener. My hospital experience was everything he and Dana promised it would be. He came to see me before surgery, after surgery and the following morning. While I was in pre-op, the anesthesiologist leaned over and pointed to a scar on his neck. He said "Dr. Vishteh did my surgery and I don't know how you found him but you're in the best of hands." This was precisely the kind of thing I needed to hear before heading to the operating room. My surgery was two weeks ago today and I walked 3.5 miles this morning. I would never have guessed I'd be so functional after cervical spine surgery. It's going to be a long road with healing and recovery but I'm off to an amazing start. One bit of feedback for the office: Make some handouts for pre-op and post-op. I felt a bit unprepared a few times and had the call the office with questions. If you're having a problem in your neck, I cannot recommend Dr. Vishteh enough. He's truly a gem.

The front office staff was consistently rude, dismissive, and lacked compassion. They spoke to me as if my questions were stupid instead of taking the time to help. When you call the office, no one ever answers the phone. I've left multiple voicemails and never received a return call, which is incredibly frustrating when you're trying to get answers about your care. My initial appointment was the worst part of my experience. I arrived 50 minutes early to make sure I had plenty of time to complete any paperwork. I was told I had to provide a written list of my medications. Since I didn't have one with me, I offered several reasonable solutions. I asked if I could call my doctor's office and have them fax the medication list, call my doctor's office to get the names over the phone, or even log into my pharmacy app to retrieve my medication names and dosages. Every single option was immediately dismissed without any attempt to work with me. Instead, I was told I had to reschedule my appointment simply because I didn't already have the list in my hand. Considering I was there 50 minutes before my appointment, there was more than enough time to obtain the information. Rather than trying to help, the staff seemed more interested in turning me away. I've never encountered such an unhelpful and unfriendly front office at a medical practice. Patients come to this office because they need medical care and are often in a vulnerable position. The first people they interact with should treat them with kindness, patience, and respect. This office should seriously consider retraining its front desk staff on customer service, communication, and compassion. They are the first impression of the practice, and right now they are leaving a very negative one. If this is the level of service the practice considers acceptable, it reflects poorly on the entire organization, including its leadership and physicians. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, and this office has a lot of work to do to earn that trust.

Unfortunately, the staff for Dr. Singh - particularly Lisa - ultimately prevented me from even having the opportunity to choose or speak with the doctor I wanted to use. They scheduled an appointment online, which I showed up for, only to discover it had been canceled without any phone call, email, or message. I was then essentially told I could not choose the surgeon I preferred, even though only a limited number of doctors specialize in this type of surgery. I will now also be canceling my follow-up appointment with Dr. Pandy. The staff at both locations has been atrocious, and the overall experience has been extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. Because of the way this situation was handled and the "group" policy they enforced, I would not recommend this practice.
