Dr Gabriel may have long wait times, but 1) it's because he truly cares about every patient. We talk about more than just the regular "health" stuff- he considers and talks to us about diet, family lifestyle, and each child's individual needs. 2) in that time with him he Answers every single question I have and never once do I feel like I can't ask him about something or that I will feel stupid about something. And 3) Dr Gabriel works with a lot of children who are on the spectrum- I'm sure those visits are fraught with nervousness and serious questions from those other parents, and Im super grateful to not have to have those exact convos. He's extremely patient, especially having to deal with an anxious first time parent(s) like me. Even with the pack appointments he does not rush us or anything. Aside from his great care and expertise, he's also very empathetic based on his own experience. Also as the appointments are not as frequent anymore; Dr Philip does encourage us to contact them if there are any questions before the next wellness visits. The front desk and assistances are all very nice. I never had any problem with them and the facility is clean. It does get busy and sometimes you might have to wait a bit from your appointment time but it's worth it. Also the Tribeca Pediatrics practice is great and their members portal is helpful and they send you milestones news monthly. No complaints!

Pediatric health care always gives same day sick appointments and even has Saturday hours until 2pm. My daughter's first well visit here at the age of 3 was the most comprehensive one she's had. I love that they take you right into the exam room so you are not waiting in a gross waiting room, and the longest we've waited in the exam room was about 25min. Shocked at the bad reviews…read more I have brought my 3 year old son here since he was 2 months old. I've seen probably 5 of their doctors but fell in love with Dr. Zachilli. She's been our go to for 2 years, very bubbly personable and attentive. She very clearly cares and always does what's needed to help us. My son adores her. Even the PA's and NP's are great. Yes, front desk definitely lack any joy and really never smile but I never felt like they were dismissive or rude to us. Just very short and straightforward. What the front desk lack, the back of house makes up for by a lot. I agreed they could definitely make it a little more kid friendly and put up some cute decor. I haven't even noticed this until I saw a review about making it kid friendly but it's post Covid times so it's just not something I'd expect plus they barely have the space in lobby for it. That's not a big deal to me. If you want to see a good doctor, this is a good office. I'm not coming there to be friends with the front desk. I just expect to be assisted with my families needs and be seen. I have always been able to get a sick visit day of.

When my son started experiencing strange side effects from a minor injury Dr. Lebron (correctly) forced my wife and I to take him to a hospital. Dr. Lebron would not stop harassing the hospital over the phone until we were able to make an appointment with a top Doctor in the correct field (harder than you would think)! She most likely saved my son from needing his foot to be amputated. More recently, I called the office @8PM expecting to leave a voicemail. Instead, Dr. Lebron picked up the phone herself, and facetimed me as soon as she heard the issue. Her demeanor truly sets her apart; while I never want to call her, I am always relieved after speaking with Dr. Lebron.

Not reassuring. We…read morehave been coming here since our son was a newborn and we've decided to pull him out and move to another pediatric practice in the city. Dr. Lebron was always quick to send us to another specialist causing these first-time parents a lot of anxiety. When we thought he was having a flat head as a baby, she sent us to a helmet specialist because it might affect our son's "facial asymmetry". My wife took him to North Jersey only to be told to wait it out and come back if the head does not improve. It did improve. When our son had some level of speech delay, she sent us to an Early Intervention and Developmentalist. She said she was not going to perform a diagnosis but suspects it could be autism so she made a prescription to be seen by the specialists. Due to the long wait with in-network providers, we went straight to out-of-network practitioners to have our son evaluated. The occupational therapist and speech therapist performed a 1 1/2 hour comprehensive evaluation and he was interacting pretty well, although we had to address the speech part. At the next late afternoon check-up with Dr. Lebron, she used the word "not normal" when he was not making eye contact. Take note, she was seeing her for 3 minutes without being playful. It was a long wait before he could see her and the boy was already cranky. She was quick to speculate that something was wrong with our kid. We eventually found a developmentalist and he tested negative after a comprehensive evaluation. Bottom line, if there was a cause of concern, perhaps she should be mindful of communicating with the parents. I understand the need to cover all bases but it wouldn't hurt to brush up on some bedside manners as a doctor. It would be best not to cause any unnecessary panic to the parents. Our son has caught up with his developmental milestones and we have been free from any unnecessary worries after transferring him to another practice. We pulled him out after he turned 2.
