I don't recommend a career in customer service, or telecommunications, if you would try to turn a 30 second conversation with a potential customer (who was following your orders) into a fight. I ordered a larger than normal car because we had a lot of stuff, the driver arrived in a different car it wasn't the color I expected he had a car seat in the back seat and bags in the trunk I was squished against the door, we had to wait in the cold while he moved things around so we could get in the car, with my son in a wheel chair waiting to get in the car, the car was so packed my handbag was turned upside down, my I. D. Fell on the floor causing over a hour of waiting while it was found because he had left before I realized it was missing, I have uninstalled the app I will NEVER use this company or refer them!!!
