Sometimes the customer service helps resolve things quickly. Sometimes not. I also question all of the brand ambassadors who are paid to promote the service on social media. Printful brags that their affiliates have earned over $2 million from commissions. Makes me distrust the positive reviews I've seen. Anyway, I've decided to close my POD eStore after too many negative reviews about Printful products. It's too much work, and the "profits" they show don't count the many fees you have to pay to sell the items.

Company line will be kept to, all delivery dates are estimates, and delivery times will vary dependent on weather, price of fish, time of day, and whether the person picking your product to print actually is having a good or bad day. One order was placed on the 22nd of Dec and with no expectation of it arriving in time for Christmas - but for it to arrive on the 29th of Jan!?? Printful response? Nothing. Bot. Refund? Nope. Credit? Nope. Just Sparky and then a wait of 90 mins to chat to a "real" person - which ended up being 8 hours and an email response (a canned one at that) detailing delivery times, holiday delays and other mumbo jumbo without actually apologizing. My tip? Avoid! Find a local business you can work with who can produce what you need. 9 times out of 10 you will pay the same and get better quality. Printful bough Printify and will end up absorbing others. AI will take over all customer service and they will take your money and run. Walk away if you can. We have!

I found SCP&D online while searching for a reliable print shop for clients; I frequently have clients that need to do mailers, flyers, business cards, and was searching for a print shop to fill this niche. As I primarily work online, I've never heard that there were different paper weights, or coatings, so I was going in pretty much blind.I called ahead of time to get a rough quote on 1,000 postcards, and whomever I spoke to helped me through the process, with much huffing and puffing. Then I went in person a week later. I'm unsure if the lady I spoke to was the receptionist, but their office was the closest to the door. I attempted to explain what I needed, and was told multiple times that they're for "commercial printing." After I explained my needs. For my business. With a first printing of 1,000. It's not like I was trying to do a fancy garage sale. I gloss over what, precisely, IS commercial, and we move onto what I'm trying to get done. At this point she is agitated, and it appeared that she thought my business beneath her, as she began rattling off the various options of printing, whether I wanted UV coating (which I immediately thought "like...sunscreen?"), and my confusion only made her mood worse. Apparently there is no "standard" either. Again, I was going in blind, to be sure, and was relying on professionals for guidance. Somehow we got through that mess, and to the pricing. Which they didn't have. Because they are a "commercial" printer. I guess other businesses don't need prices, they just throw money for contracts. When asked for a pricing spreadsheet (because I need printing done frequently for different things), she said "I guess I can make one and email that to you this afternoon." This was about three to four weeks ago. Still haven't gotten that email. Stay far away from this shop. Unless you're their definition of "commercial", I guess.
