This review is 2 years long overdue. Back in June 2024 looking for a low mileage ford flex ,they…read morewere discontinued in 2019. So finding nothing local in 100 miles , opening the cargurus up to nationwide ,I found one at Ronnie Watkins Ford. I had bought a 2012, traded that for a 2016 and in 2024 wanted to get another newer model. Watkins had a red one with the 19 inch rims( always wanted the bigger wheels) I called and reached Mike, a salesperson. I explained that in New England all the 5 year old Felix's had 70-80-90 thousand miles and there prices were around 29 to 32,000. I use these cars instead of ford f150 trucks for work. Ok, enough of the I'm sold. I have a bunch of airline miles and flew from Manchester NH to Birmingham ,rented a car, drove an hour to the dealership and test drove the car. Checked all the factory hologram seals on the car to make sure no accidents or non dealer parts. Again this is my third flex.Their price was 8000.oo less then any flex in New England! So now I am sold and have to arrange to get this car up the New Hampshire. I gave a deposit signed paperwork, and bought an extended warranty . called an independent car transport and now fly back up to NH home in one day. Got in at midnight. i overnighted a bank check and a NH temp license/registration . Now I have to wait and hope all goes well. There are 10 things that can go wrong. The independent transport company is picking up the car on a Saturday . Mike the salesman is off and Patric the manager called me and said he took phone pictures of the car so there's a record of no damage as the transport picked it up. THIS KIND OF SERVICE JUST IS NOT HEARD IN NEW ENGLAND !! The transport driver brought the car up and we received it late Monday afternoon in perfect condition. he forgot the second key fob. I called Mike and they over-nighted the fob to me 2 days later. Again this is never the service here in New England..usually they just tell you to buy another! The transport cost 1100 bucks, the extended warranty was 2000 and add in the price i paid,I saved over 5000 bucks and the dealership was a pleasure to buy from. If I could get anywhere near 5 grand off a price in New England, the dealerships usually give you pisspoor service, (like idiots are are incharge. )many of the tactics here ; The check get cashed but the car isn't ready for pickup, or some other title problem ...usually turn into a stressful experience. Am in my 70s and after buying over 25 vehicles for myself, family and my business, Ronnie Watkins Ford gave me the best experience , eleven hundred miles from home.

Brought my truck in for 100K servicing and to get my brakes replaced. I contacted the owner, who then had Jonathan in the service department contact me (he was the guy who I initially dealt with). I had to come back in a different day, having to take off work, and they couldn't even provide me with a vehicle because of their mishaps. Jonathan could see my frustration and didn't even seem to care. If you have a better option to take your vehicle to, I would recommend it. I will update if anything actually happens.

I'd like to share this review about my experience with Tameron Honda of Gadsden, Alabama…read more A little over a month ago we purchased a used Ford vehicle from Tameron Honda of Gadsden. It took some time to come to that decision after much research. There was tough competition from a vehicle condition standpoint and this car wasn't my top choice. But it had the equipment package we very much desired. What made part of the decision a challenge was the dealer was a five (5) hour drive. We planned on the purchase as long as the car was as described. It was stated by staff members of Tameron Honda of Gadsden there was a 90-day warranty. But they'd make sure that any issues found on their watch would be fixed. If by chance if I found an issue it should be covered under the 90-day warranty. On the drive home I discovered I was unable to pair my devices with the Bluetooth in the vehicle. Numerous attempts with numerous devices all failed. Additionally the AM radio did not receive stations. FM worked, but not AM. I checked back with Tameron Honda of Gadsden about the 90-day warranty and was directed by Tameron Honda of Gadsden to take the car to a local (my home) dealer. I did so, to our local Autonation Ford dealer. The dealer did confirm two separate items had problems. I also discovered that the 90-day warranty did not cover one of the items. I made contact with Tameron Honda of Gadsden and discussed what options were available considering I lived 5 hours away. Had I lived in the Tameron Honda of Gadsden area we would have returned to Tameron Honda of Gadsden and they would have assisted in resolving the problem. That was not a solution that was going to work easily. The good news is that Tameron Honda of Gadsden worked with me to make things right! There were location challenges, me in Memphis and they in Gadsden, AL. But at the end of the day they made all things right. I'd specifically like to thank Kevin Riggan for helping to choreograph the help we needed. There were numerous others who assisted as well. Thank you Kevin! It would be a pleasure to make the trip back to Tameron Honda of Gadsden to purchase a vehicle! Thank You!

This is a follow up review to a prior one I submitted…read more Tomorrow will be a full week that my car has been in the shop being prepared. This morning I called O'Reilly's to see if the factory part that Car-mart told them to order had been delivered to mechanic. I was told that the part that they ordered was a headlight replacement bulb. I called Car-mart immediately and told them what I had been told and questioned what was going on. I was told that there must have been some type of confusion or maybe I talked to the wrong person, that the factory part was to be delivered momentarily to the mechanic shop. An hour or so later I called back to Car-mart and was told that the part received would not work. The mechanic called me about 15 min later and told me that Car-mart, ordered the after- market part AGAIN, the first time was from Autozone. Mechanic had told Car-mart employee upon receiving the first after market part that the part HAD TO BE factory part from Fiat dealership. So why did Car-mart ordered the after market part AGAIN?? I have no clue. This shows once again the incompetence of the staff at this particular Car-mart. I have went "round and round" with several of the employees over the past week. I have called multiple times and asked to speak to general manager. Either she is not at her desk or out to lunch. I have left voice messages as well. Have not received a call back yet. I have NEVER in my life encountered so many problems with ANY business like I have Car-mart. The only employee I have spoken with that is helpful, forthright and honest and that returns my calls is Mishika. I have filed one complaint with the BBB and filing another one in the morning. Warning!!! Warning!!! Buy a car elsewhere!! Trust me, you don't want to go to Car-mart of Gadsden!!!
