The guy they recommended is a scammer. Told me some story about his kid having mold and clearly saw I had air purifiers running and decided to take air quality samples right next to them.... I didn't actually use servpro they seemed like nice people but 2 stars for recommending a loser mold tester who doesn't know air purifiers must be off for 24-48 hours before air quality testing.

Single... Time. My situation was no different... Specifically, I had a sewage pipe burst in my basement on the morning of Mother's Day. And This was only about a week after we moved into our new house. My whole family was sitting at our dining room table for a feast I made for my wife when one of my kids noticed looked down our staircase and noticed there was water on the floor in the basement. I went downstairs and there was a lot more than water... There was water, urine, and feces. I was so disappointed, disgusted, and somewhat incensed, so I called ServPro, explained my dilemma, and basically asked them to make everything better. And that is exactly what they did. They sent a team of three men to my house, and they were polite, and efficient, and quick, and everything I was hoping they would be. They left industrial de-humidifiers running for a couple of days after they left, and when I went downstairs 2 days later, my literal "sh!tshow" was remedied. The took away everything that was damaged, they disinfected everything they left behind, and they walked me through how I could go through insurance, if I chose to do it... Which I did... And my insurance company seemed relieved that I used professionals like ServPro to help me with my problem. So here's my point: If you are calling ServPro, chances are you are screwed. But I can assure you that the people who work at ServPro have seen it all and they are uniquely qualified to get you out of whatever pickle you may find yourself in. The owner was very kind and fair with his price. The next day, I had Matt come to my apartment to install the lock. Not only did he supply the materials but after an hour of work it became clear that my door frame and apartment door were not going to allow for installation of a specific slam lock on my door. Matt provided me with a few options, including a different deadbolt that he had in his truck to install instead. We went ahead with that installation and after another hour, and many adjustments due to the poor infrastructure of my door, the deadbolt was perfectly installed! Matt was very kind and through, triple checking that everything worked properly. I will 100% be recommending this company to any of my friends in need and using them again if need be! A licensed locksmith who is thorough and determined to get the job done is hard to find! I highly recommend using them for any and all locksmith needs.

I put in a request on a Tuesday for a Thursday build and they were able to make it happen!! I was immediately impressed by the quick turnaround and prompt email communication. Margaret informed me that the contractors would arrive between 8:00-9:00am to get it done before 3:00pm. My previous experiences with some contractors led me to believe they would arrive a bit later than anticipated... but lo and behold, at 8:00am sharp they arrived! Arby walked me through my options and we plotted out both rooms and dimensions with his handy dandy tape measure. He answered all my questions, made some great suggestions, and maintained that he would be happy to do whatever I wanted. He and his building partner worked efficiently and communicated with me via text to let me know how much time they needed. We got sliding doors + t-wall construction and couldn't be happier with the result. Though it was a bit more costly than my roommate and I anticipated, the positive experience and the high-quality of the walls (plus the cost of removing the walls is all included as long as you give them 1 month's notice) made me feel happy and at ease. If I ever need temporary walls again, I'll be coming to MPW! My one tip: double check with the building and management regarding their flex walls rules! This wasn't MPW's fault, but my building prohibited floor to ceiling walls, which was a bit disappointing to find out for privacy reasons. Know your building policies!!

The woman I spoke to, Kathy was extremely rude and matter of fact and acted like she had no time to chat about their products and said "we don't give advice--you pick from our site and we come and build it." Then she hung up on me! I called back and an even ruder man who actually discouraged me from using them because I asked them for a bit of advice on how to really make a nice office. "we don't do that--we just build it. We don't help you plan it." Then he hung up too! This is a great company with the product I need and with very reasonable costs. But the people who answer the phones are not trained to speak with customers in a professional and friendly manner. They are brusk and give the impression that they don't need your business, I want to use this company but the people who run it are not helpful or friendly and when you hire someone, you expect friendly and expert service--not "We don't help you decide. Is there anything else you want to know." Searching for other companies that do the same thing but who are more helpful. A real shame because this company has what I need. The shame is that the people who run it are rude and very offputting to the point that I wouldn't even want them in my home. The service looks good on their site but unless you are working with a designer, don't expect any advice from these people when designing your office with their products.
