I was impressed by them putting electrical safety first - my idea was not the best so they made a better suggestion. Their price quote was fair. Communication was great and he and his teammate arrived on time. The consultation was free and the work was very reasonably priced. He couldn't do it, even though he agreed. He came to do the job but never provided me with a receipt or the written letter I needed. He kept avoiding my calls and text messages over a simple letter.
