Omar actually came through and got me a great insurance quote, and we signed documents, and that was that. I gave his number to my friend that needed the SR22 insurance quote, and he is helping him out as well! Smart Line Insurance is your auto insurance company in Orange County.

I was pressured into using these guys and ended up being misled and loss hundreds of dollars. I…read morepurchased a car and the dealer connected me with Smart Line to get insurance to take the car home. I was in a hurry so was looking to get short term insurance just so I could take the car home. Smart Line misled me getting me to pay all these set up fees which they assured me that ALL companies in California required it regardless of where I go so I took their word for it. A few weeks later, I found another company that had lower rates, and more importantly, no set up fees so SL lied to me. So I cancelled the one SL did for me and they now charged me a cancellation fee in addition so it was a double whammy. In additional to the premiums, I ended up paying $200 in set up and cancellation fees which I got nothing for. They misled me and I found them to be dishonest. Take your time and go with a more honest company who cares about their customers and not just to make a quick buck.
