I would advise you to stay away from this place. I visited the clinic for a PCR COVID test for my elderly mother which was needed for her travel. I paid $155 for an expedited test, for which results were GUARANTEED in a twelve hour period. This was very important, because the Airline required that the test results be sent out 36 hours before the flight. The next day, when I didn't get the results in time, I contacted the clinic so they would send the results. They ended up sending them almost 24 hours after the test, at which point the Airline did not accept them. Since all flights were full, I ended up having to buy a brand new ticket, and would need a new test. I contacted the clinic again, politely asking them to either refund me or make the new test free because their inability to deliver the results in the agreed upon time caused my mother to miss her flight. At first they were friendly and said they would look into it. They gave me an appointment so we could have the test done again. After I didn't hear from them, I followed up and called again. At this point they informed me that they would not only not refund me, but would charge me for the second appointment. When I expressed that I didn't think that was the right thing to do, they hung up on me. Overall, terrible experience. Zero accountability and terrible service. Visit them at your own risk.

I have been let down and treated terribly by this office and the risk management office that my feedback was referred to also. I have attempted for months to advocate for myself, and family. When attempting to advocate to a group that neglects to hold themselves accountable and to their directors who enable such things while also neglecting to validate serious matters, one becomes completely distressed. The evasiveness of integrity has obstructed my efforts to speak up about the lack of adherence to principled standards of care and professionalism. it is wrong for any office that claims to care and prioritize trust to sever trust with such a lack of care and accountability. Since their office managers neglected to take responsibility and proper actions and referred me to an email for James Banfield with incorrect spelling, which had I not caught the error could have led me nowhere. Unfortunately when my feedback was received by their risk management director it was further dismissed and invalidated in such a compassion and respect lacking way that demonstrates such a lack of care and trustworthiness. I have asked to be in communication with the board of directors to address all of my valid complaints and was Told that my baseless allegations deserve no care shown and no actions of accountability for the sake of any resolve. They shunned me completely which violates all standards of principled care and professionalism. I was told that they do not engage in climb the ladder. The ladder needs to be climbed to address serious matters out of respect for me, my family and other Families who have also been so unfairly treated. I was seeking the care and professionalism of a PCP and when I read the websites and brochures for the doctors I was of the impression I had found the right place to address my health care needs. I trusted the words that I read. The uncaring and unprofessional actions and they have made a terrible impression.

I was immediately put off and defensive with his demeanor, and his lack of focus on my physical health rather than my mental- he seemed to form an opinion when I told him my diagnosis- was confusing and frustrating. I jave a lump in my abdomen and another in my pelvis that he NEVER EXAMINED, or asked about them after I mentioned it. I felt judged, as though Dr Powellson has a bias about people with BPD. The building and the lobby made me want to turn around as soon as I got there, and Dr. Powellson made me so uncomfortable; feeling judged and argued with, and frustrated, that I walked out of the appointment within 5 minutes of meeting and talking to him. I ended up selecting Dr. Meghan Hunter after researching the credentials of doctors in the area. The entire staff is extremely friendly. They remember details about me and my family when we visit. The nurses are awesome and are very knowledgable. Dr. Hunter is extremely smart and personable. She does not treat folks like they are a 10 minute slot. In fact, she spends as much time as it takes to take care of business -- sessions with her are not rushed. Each time I have visited Dr. Hunter, she clearly articulated my issues, described my treatment plans, then got me on the road to wellness. Yes, sometimes they run behind, but it's a doctor's office. Sometimes there are serious issues that they must tend to and sometimes there are routine issues. I highly, highly recommend this practice!

By the way, the food was incredible. I had the option to order different if I wanted to, but the everyday regular meal was so good. I never bothered to try the side menu. Be aware if there's any chance of you falling because of a medical issue, they are gonna watch you extra. Lol I thought they were kidding about not getting out of bed until I put my foot on the floor. My bathroom was about 3 feet away and yes, I had to fix a sock and I was going to try to get to the bathroom on my own. Next thing you know, I had red lights flashing, and a fire alarm sound a very loud one. They aren't kidding. They have to arm and disarm your bed before you can get out of it. It's for our safety of taken several bad falls before they weren't gonna let me do it on their watch. I felt like I was in a hotel. It was so nice even the wall color was pretty. I'm not happy with some of the management and some things that were done and the way they were handled. Remember to be your own ADVOCATE. That being said, though, remember your nurses and other stuff, including the people that deliver your food, I had some of the cheeriest and kindest people from that area as well. I had one young lady while I was still in the ER room come in one morning. She had a voice like a beautiful bird so nice to wake up to. Thank you is not enough to say to these great people.
