During our appointment we were told we went to the wrong location, which had never been communicated to either of us. We were also told it "wasn't her problem" when we said we can't answer the phone during our own work hours, as she was actually getting onto us about missing a call. When in fact, today was my boyfriend's FIFTH time having to go there because they wouldn't answer his calls. We had BOTH individually tried to call this place but BOTH of our calls went unanswered and zero call back. Also during our first appointment at this place, my boyfriend was prescribed an antibiotic which we were supposed to pick up from our pharmacy. It never got called in for him, which is the reason he had to go to this place multiple times to ask them to send it in for him. Took husband in with some severe back pain yesterday and as a walk in he saw one of the GP's and the chiropractor all in less than 2 hours! They do laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, Botox, laser acne treatment through their Anew Medispa. It's a busy office but they are still quite personable and thorough. Doctors are professional but not standoffish. They ask pertinent questions without being invasive. I have been displeased with my other GPs office for some time now and I think I am going to move the entire family's care over here {even with as much as I love my son's pediatrician because that office is sadly being run by the insurance companies and not the Drs.}

I understand she needed to verify my account, but the conversation felt dismissive from the start. I answered her questions and continued trying to understand the estimate and insurance adjustment process. As the call went on, Emily told me that I was being rude because of my tone. While I may have sounded frustrated after being transferred around and spending more time than expected trying to resolve a simple question, I never used rude language or spoke disrespectfully to her. By the way, the food was incredible. I had the option to order different if I wanted to, but the everyday regular meal was so good. I never bothered to try the side menu. Be aware if there's any chance of you falling because of a medical issue, they are gonna watch you extra. Lol I thought they were kidding about not getting out of bed until I put my foot on the floor. My bathroom was about 3 feet away and yes, I had to fix a sock and I was going to try to get to the bathroom on my own. Next thing you know, I had red lights flashing, and a fire alarm sound a very loud one. They aren't kidding. They have to arm and disarm your bed before you can get out of it. It's for our safety of taken several bad falls before they weren't gonna let me do it on their watch. I felt like I was in a hotel. It was so nice even the wall color was pretty. I'm not happy with some of the management and some things that were done and the way they were handled. Remember to be your own ADVOCATE. That being said, though, remember your nurses and other stuff, including the people that deliver your food, I had some of the cheeriest and kindest people from that area as well. The nurses are awesome and are very knowledgable. Dr. Hunter is extremely smart and personable. She does not treat folks like they are a 10 minute slot. In fact, she spends as much time as it takes to take care of business -- sessions with her are not rushed. Each time I have visited Dr. Hunter, she clearly articulated my issues, described my treatment plans, then got me on the road to wellness. Yes, sometimes they run behind, but it's a doctor's office. Sometimes there are serious issues that they must tend to and sometimes there are routine issues. I highly, highly recommend this practice!
