When we first went into this establishment, I smiled and asked how she was doing; I was met with a stone face and zero reply. During our appointment we were told we went to the wrong location, which had never been communicated to either of us. We were also told it "wasn't her problem" when we said we can't answer the phone during our own work hours, as she was actually getting onto us about missing a call. When in fact, today was my boyfriend's FIFTH time having to go there because they wouldn't answer his calls. We had BOTH individually tried to call this place but BOTH of our calls went unanswered and zero call back. Also during our first appointment at this place, my boyfriend was prescribed an antibiotic which we were supposed to pick up from our pharmacy. It never got called in for him, which is the reason he had to go to this place multiple times to ask them to send it in for him. I have never left a bad review before, but this was just so embarrassing for a company to be represented so rudely.

First appointment was told needed an ultrasound and antibiotics. Supposedly it was called to my pharmacy. They never received it. It took three additional trips to the office because no one ever returned calls to get said prescription. Was told to return for the ultrasound and given an appointment day and time. Showed up and was asked where are the ultrasound results this is a follow up for the results to be discussed. Said receptionist then blamed us for doing the wrong thing. Their office scheduled everything. Please do not proceed to tell me I was wrong and should have paid attention.

Took husband in with some severe back pain yesterday and as a walk in he saw one of the GP's and the chiropractor all in less than 2 hours! Doctors are professional but not standoffish. They ask pertinent questions without being invasive. I have been displeased with my other GPs office for some time now and I think I am going to move the entire family's care over here {even with as much as I love my son's pediatrician because that office is sadly being run by the insurance companies and not the Drs.}

I was told I could simply bring my insurance card to the appointment. Shortly afterward, I received an estimate for $452.40. Since that amount was much higher than I expected, I called back and asked if my insurance could be added so I could get a better idea of my out-of-pocket cost before the appointment. The scheduler was helpful and added my insurance information, then transferred me to Billing to speak with Emily regarding the estimate. Unfortunately, that interaction was extremely frustrating. When I tried to explain why I was calling, Emily immediately responded that she didn't know what I was talking about and asked for my name and date of birth. I understand she needed to verify my account, but the conversation felt dismissive from the start. I answered her questions and continued trying to understand the estimate and insurance adjustment process. As the call went on, Emily told me that I was being rude because of my tone. While I may have sounded frustrated after being transferred around and spending more time than expected trying to resolve a simple question, I never used rude language or spoke disrespectfully to her. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available. I asked for an email address to provide feedback and was told there wasn't one. When I said I would leave a Google review about my experience, Emily laughed and told me to go ahead. I understand that customer service roles can be challenging, but patients should not feel dismissed or criticized for asking questions about their bills and insurance coverage. The appointment scheduler was helpful, but my interaction with Billing left me with a very poor impression of the practice.

From the ER to being in my private room, a beautiful large room with an incredible picture window. I wanted to adopt all of my nurses and staff Be kind when you are in the hospital pay attention to what they are doing. They are run, ragged shorthanded, and never seem to stop running to take care of us. They do it with a smile on their face they find time for you even though they don't have any time. By the way, the food was incredible. I had the option to order different if I wanted to, but the everyday regular meal was so good. I never bothered to try the side menu. Be aware if there's any chance of you falling because of a medical issue, they are gonna watch you extra. Lol I thought they were kidding about not getting out of bed until I put my foot on the floor. My bathroom was about 3 feet away and yes, I had to fix a sock and I was going to try to get to the bathroom on my own. Next thing you know, I had red lights flashing, and a fire alarm sound a very loud one. They aren't kidding. They have to arm and disarm your bed before you can get out of it. It's for our safety of taken several bad falls before they weren't gonna let me do it on their watch. I felt like I was in a hotel. It was so nice even the wall color was pretty. I'm not happy with some of the management and some things that were done and the way they were handled. Remember to be your own ADVOCATE. That being said, though, remember your nurses and other stuff, including the people that deliver your food, I had some of the cheeriest and kindest people from that area as well. I had one young lady while I was still in the ER room come in one morning. She had a voice like a beautiful bird so nice to wake up to. Thank you is not enough to say to these great people. I ended up selecting Dr. Meghan Hunter after researching the credentials of doctors in the area. The entire staff is extremely friendly. They remember details about me and my family when we visit. The nurses are awesome and are very knowledgable. Dr. Hunter is extremely smart and personable. She does not treat folks like they are a 10 minute slot. In fact, she spends as much time as it takes to take care of business -- sessions with her are not rushed. Each time I have visited Dr. Hunter, she clearly articulated my issues, described my treatment plans, then got me on the road to wellness. Yes, sometimes they run behind, but it's a doctor's office. Sometimes there are serious issues that they must tend to and sometimes there are routine issues. I highly, highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Powellson was in NO way friendly, welcoming, comforting, or helpful. He was, instead;rude, argumentative, interrupting, judgemental, cold, and dismissive. He was entirely focused on my mental health diagnosis-which was NOT why I was there-and treated my physical health, as well as some important concerns I tried to communicate, as an afterthought. The room was cold, sterile, uncomfortable, and so is Dr. Powellson. I was immediately put off and defensive with his demeanor, and his lack of focus on my physical health rather than my mental- he seemed to form an opinion when I told him my diagnosis- was confusing and frustrating. I jave a lump in my abdomen and another in my pelvis that he NEVER EXAMINED, or asked about them after I mentioned it. I felt judged, as though Dr Powellson has a bias about people with BPD. The building and the lobby made me want to turn around as soon as I got there, and Dr. Powellson made me so uncomfortable; feeling judged and argued with, and frustrated, that I walked out of the appointment within 5 minutes of meeting and talking to him. At NO time did I feel like Dr Powellson cared about my physical concerns, or even HEARD them.This was just supposed to be a general physical and check-up, and Dr. Powellson made it the most uncomfortable, unpleasant, and awful appointments I have ever had.
