Sam is super awesome! Let me begin by telling you all how much I appreciate his hard work. He worked long hours from 8am-5:30pm! Sam worked inside and outside the car very clean at the garage and I could hardly hear anything while working inside my house. He was so consistent on updating me regarding what he's doing (not that I'm checking on it) 1. My car is pretty new, hubby bought it about two months ago (2015 BMW X1) but I tell you that this car was not as clean and detailed like people would expect. 2. I have two dogs and their dirty paws left some black spots here and there. 3. My car has leather seats and it was just faded in color (not that I've really noticed before). Long story short, it came out like what brand new car should look like from the dealer! Best car detailing result I've ever had. I've had my car detailed a couple times from different places, but not one of them gives me satisfaction like the work that Sam put out on my car. The car feels and looks brands new. The car is so clean that I actually feel bad driving it just cause I don't want to dirty the car (I took off my shoes so I don't dirty the carpeting on the car). My friend ate In n Out in my car and spilled Dr. Pepper all over the passenger seat. I was going to clean it myself but decided to see how much it would cost to have someone do it. I used yelp's find a quote option and ended up finding Sam's Auto Spa. He did not give an excessive quote and paid attention to what I needed before handing off a usual basic all interior quote of $150+ dollars. I appreciate his attention to detail when he read my message and understood that I only needed two seats and not the whole car. He gave a very decently priced quote for just two seats. I worried since my driver seat had a patch on it that cleaning may be too rough on it. He reassured he would use the softest brushes on that part. I saw pictures of his previous work prior to booking so I knew I was in good hands. He has an Instagram if you look up his company name. It made me much more comfortable booking him. Process was very quick, hour and a half for two seats. He was very thorough and very kind. I also asked him if he could clean my carpet in the front and he did so for a very convincing price. Overall, he did a wonderful job. The patch was still intact and the seats looked brand new. I would have him do my friends cars and will send people his way.
