After doing some research and requesting bids, I chose Super Shine to do the work. Edwin responded super fast, provided a competitive rate and communicated very well here on Yelp and later by text. Today was the day for the work to be done. Edwin confirmed the appointment early this morning and arrived on time. My car was properly detailed which always starts with a clay bar, no Armor All and no crappy cotton polishing rags that swirl the paint. Edwin understood all of this, which gave me confidence. I requested an exterior only treatment because I had already done the interior. The work was performed on time and looks fantastic. I would recommend Edwin to anyone who appreciates attention to detail and wants the job done right the first time. Five stars.

You realize how messy kids can be when you remove a car seat. He was busy but made time to squeeze me in the same day I contacted him. He is very meticulous and spent 3 hours on my small SUV. I even had some type of asphalt buildup on my hood that he was able to remove. His hard work showed! He cleaned things I didn't even know existed. I understand why the price of his detailing costs what it does, he puts in all the effort! Unfortunately I can only afford something like this once a year but when I am able to again, I know to call Caleb! Thank you so much Caleb!!

I'm only reviewing the automatic drive through touchless car wash as I've not used the vacuums or…read morethe self service car wash (where you still handwash it yourselves with their tools). I will rate this high for the fact it is a touchless car wash, which is pretty hard to find. When you are lazy to clean it yourself but you don't want the car washes with the spinners to damage your car, this is a great option. Now of course, the downside to every touchless is that it isn't going to be perfect at cleaning. Your car has baked in dirt/bird poop on it for who knows how long - is any car wash really going to remove it in 10 minutes or less without significant scrubbing? No - these are honestly best hand washed. If you have trouble removing it yourself, don't expect a drive through car wash to do it for you. Now for expectations met: I drive an SUV and ir does appear that they are able to reach all parts of my car. I don't see any soap residue and the spot free rinse really does help with not having marks everywhere. I also see it take off a decent % of the dirt off of my car and cars in front of me. I once saw a completely dusty brown car turn shiny clean even with only paying for the lowest package. The wax and seal does help a little with protection against getting dirty again and overall look, but not significant enough for most people, in my opinion, to buy the package. I do opt for it because I park under trees a lot, so it makes future car washes easier. Now of course I should mention the cons that could be improved. The dryer is only 1 minute, assuming you are fast about putting your car in drive and driving forward. The slower you are (I.e. not paying attention), the less time you get to use the dryer. I wish they would either give more time or start the timer when you are closer. However, this is somewhat common so it's just what the industry does (just wish they didn't follow suit). Also I wish that the vacuum was at least discounted if you used this wash. If all you used was the vacuum - charge full price. If someone paid for the self-service or this wash, at least discount it a little for having paid for the full package. Otherwise, the cost is not better than quick quack or similar that has a membership and unlimited cleaning.

I had an issue where some overspray from the sprinklers caused hard water spots on my daughter's…read morecar. I was surprised that when I took it for a wash and wax at the local car wash that the water stops didn't come off. I contacted many local car detailers via Yelp asking about water spot removal. Many places didn't respond, some responded but didn't read my request thoroughly. Bumper to Bumper contacted me and knew exactly what I was looking for. Scheduling took some time as I only work from home a few days per week. Bumper to Bumper showed up on the specified date at the specified time and gave the car a mild acid bath, washed, clay barred, polished and waxed. There were two of them so they double-teamed on the job using two buffers on opposite sides. Since there were two of them it didn't take too long like I thought. I posted some before photos but forgot to take some after photos and will do so as a follow-up to my review. I was pleased with the result and will use them again if needed. Five stars!
