I once tried to give a courtesy call / "request an appt" for a tire problem. I was told they don't do walk ins??? Now last week (Friday) I schedule an oil change and an alignment for yesterday (Monday). They ended up canceling and rescheduling my appt for Saturday?? My husband is law enforcement and works nights and off duty as often as possible so we intentionally scheduled for Monday. Anyway, he shows up there today (Tuesday) and the front staff lady is being rude because their system showed it was for a tire change?? Then tells him they won't get to the car for a few hours. This poor man is supposed to be sleeping from working and I'm home with children because the looks they give you for staying in their lobby especially with kids!! Why even make appointments? Then they try to tell me it will be $800. Pure trash. It's cheaper and easier to get a hotel and wait until a decent mechanic is available. Red is a POS. When I told him it was an outrageous price he informed me he didn't care, he'd just take whatever I wouldn't pay out of his installers cut... just unbelievable business. NEVER USE THEM.
