(e.g. - Other contractors called me: Is This VEE? no identifier. Nicolette calls me - Hello, This is Nicolette from All Star Electrical Services, may I speak with Vee please?) This is the way ALL companies should make contact with potential customers!!!! The electricians Erjon (Master Electrician) and Riti were impeccable! The work was first rate, the clean up afterward was the best. They did such a professional job, I had them come back TWO more times. They installed recessed lighting in my kitchen and living room. Then they came back and installed a ceiling fan, under kitchen sink wiring for a light fixture and disposal, and new switching for a bathroom light fixture and vent fan. Did the best work and left NO debris! Having said all this, their pricing was SPOT ON. I had gotten several estimates for all this work, and All Star beat them all.

Tony plus two others arrived around 4PM and by 7PM everything was replaced and back to normal. Said no to that. Then on the the actual job I called about , fixing a 3 way switch in our hallway. After the 'evaluation' told me it was more difficult and would cost a good bit more to do. (Turned out to be $611) We told him we were not prepared for that and declined to have them do the job. I expected to swallow the $79 service call charge but no, 'they evaluated' and we wouldn't 'let them' do the job so we owed the whole $389. Not prorated as to how much for the eval and how much for the repair. But being an understanding guy he 'gave me a break' and cut it down to merely $329. My partner purchased her home several years ago and I noticed some wires were exposed in the garage…read moreand basement that 'didn't look right'. I called an electrical inspector who came out and did a complete inspection of the home. He found several electrical wires that were high voltage and not installed properly violating code. In addition, he made several recommendations regarding other issues in the home. We asked if there was an electrical contractor he could recommend that could do the required work in addition to several other small items we wanted to address (lights not working-fans that were working sporadically-broken doorbell-exterior outlet that needed removal). He recommended Powell's Electric - he said he knew the family that owned the company for decades and they were excellent. I contacted Powell's and they sent two technicians to our home - it was very easy scheduling an appointment, and they came right on time. They spent over 3 hours repairing the faulty installation of the high voltage wires, removing excessive, exposed wiring that was no longer connected to anything. They repaired the doorbell, outside lighting, removed the electrical outlet in the front yard that was for sidewalk lights that were no longer there. They completed all of the work efficiently and diligently. We felt very confident they knew exactly how to approach each issue. We are so grateful to have the electrical wiring in the home up to code and all the repairs completed! Powell's was a great recommendation, and we will use them if we ever have any future electrical issues!
