My son only went to 2 classes in April. He was in the wrong class, so he needed to switch. At the end of April, they asked for payment for May. I was not able to afford it for May, so I thought I would sign him up when I was able to. I signed him up for the month of June and was charged for May. My son did not take a single class in May. I called to see if they could credit it towards June, and they would not. They said I was supposed to sign a withdrawal form. He had not started the new class, and this was not explained to me when they had tried to get payment previously. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no. If I had known I was going to have to pay for May, he would have attended classes. So I spent almost $300 for 2 30-minute sessions that he did not learn anything from. Great instructors my two little ones love all their trainers they have multiple because they go more than once a week. My 3yr can't stop talking about how much fun she has and how nice her coaches are to her she has learned so much in such a short time span. I would without a doubt recommend this swim school. My 5yr son loves it as well and has become a stronger swimmer. These instructors really care about your children and teaching them proper water safety and swim skills. read more

The instructors are amazing with my kids! The progress we have seen in a couple short months is incredible, and the confidence our kids are gaining is fantastic. We started with our youngest that didn't want to let go of mom for anything, and our oldest that was afraid of touching the water with his face. With the consistent praise from the instructors paired with a curriculum that is second-to-none, we now have two kids that are gaining confidence, gaining skills, and progressing in ways we never thought possible. The SafeSplash program is efficient and well-thought by the creators. I highly recommend them for those considering. read more

My sons instructor was awful. Not warm or engaging at all. Didn't ask anything about his history in the water. It was the only opening. I called about other options and was told someone would be getting back to me. I have not been refunded the "annual" fee, nor the rest of the class fee which they clearly can quickly replace with someone else since it was the only available slot which I canceled the day after we went to the first class because it was so bad. He swam for maybe 5 minutes total and his instructor Jenna looked annoyed the entire time. He tried to hang onto her at one point and she pushed him away. So disappointing. Unfortunately after talking to other area moms I have heard similar experiences. Guess I will have to file a complaint with my credit card to get the money back and the BBB. read more

It's my own fault for sticking around so long. Their policies and teaching technique are overly rigid. For one daughter we persisted for 7 months and saw zero progression. My other daughter did great and excelled. When I voiced my concerns that they didn't adapt to help daughter 1 past her sticking points, I got a variety of excuses that were different based on when I brought it up or with whom. More concerned about collecting the $$ in my opinion. Finally unenrolled her. daughter 2 is still there but about to pull her too. Their big claim is that they evaluate and communicate, but she has a different teacher every other week and the evaluation entries on the app are never current or updated. Can't really communicate to the instructors with any helpful frequency, and if the app tool isn't up to date then impossible to know where your child is with progression. read more

WOW WOW WOW! When a business nails their craft so well it is worth telling everyone. After a year of not being able to find decent swim lessons for my kids (Terrible experience at the Kroc swim area, Hamm school never replied due to high demand) this place opened up. From the start I was overly impressed with this company. The first thing you notice is the new building and exceptionally fun branding for kids. My toddlers always look at the pictures out the front, of the kids swimming, and laugh. The kids love driving past it and saying "There's my swim lessons." When you enter, it's all new, and CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! The layout, is very functional, and allows parents with large windows to watch their kids, with a refresher table for coffee and water and wifi! Then there is a table for kids to color at while waiting for lessons or for their siblings. There are low showers for the little ones to reach too. The owner really put in the extra touches that make a difference. That's not even the best part. The staff! What an amazing group of women, building a resource for their community. No matter what issue came up they had a smile on their face and were willing to go above and beyond to help and create solutions that worked for my family. They literally created a swim class for my two girls as they are different ages and it was hard to put them into a group lesson. The staff told me the story of how they came up with the idea to create this place years ago and how much planning it took to get it right. They nailed it. They would like it to be a community resource with movie nights in the gathering area and SUP yoga etc. I am just blown away by this business. And finally, the moment my kids got into the water on their first lesson it was straight to where they were at, no messing about with activities that were under their development, they got them into strokes and floating on their backs. At the Kroc, they focused too much on fun in the water and never progressed the kids. At Safe Splash, they made the important moves while keeping it fun for the kids. After 3 lessons my 3 year old was coordinating her arms and legs in the water at the lake (with her puddle jumper), which she never did before. The curriculum seems to be on point. I cannot recommend this company more highly. read more

Love this swim school!! It is as Lou A. said above, new clean and above that the staff is wonderful. Dawn, the owner, has gone above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. My situation involves working around an every other week custody schedule for my 12 yr old grandson. We decided the 4 days in a row "swim jam" sessions would be a good fit. He made so much progress in a very short time. They really focus on proper techniques and small classes. I've noticed even with hesitant kiddos they motivate them to become confident with appropriate praise. The classes are a little more expensive than the Kroc and Hamm but I feel it is well worth it for the quality of the lessons and flexibility in scheduling. read more

I have been taking my child here for a few months and I'm more than impressed. The staff are always friendly, and the instructor Aiya makes sure my child has enough time to swim even with there being three other kids. We love coming here and the friends my child has made!! Thank you to the staff for being here through the staff shortage within the country. We appreciate all that you guys do here! read more
