My child was involved in the explanation of what the check up/cleaning would entail, this was done in language/manner she understood , she was treated kindly and with affection, staff interacted with her as to understand her feelings and make her aware that all was ok. And as if all that wasn't enough, they kept her interest my giving her options on what toothbrush they would use, her choice of glasses, what flavor gum treatment, etc- all in addition to stickers, balloons, special treat from treasure box, and more. We will be returning and recommending this place to others. LOVED IT! Important: Be sure to bring cash for meter. The machine available was not working and it was a bit of a mission to download the "pay by phone app" and set it up to pay online. BRING CASH!

And the other hygienist I didn't get her name but she took care of my toddler, and did the same by explaining and let him feel the tools, never thought he would be able to do an x-ray because of how young he is. The Dentist also made their experience great and details were very clear for us. Highly recommend. And the place is very kid friendly.
