Avoid this place at all costs! This business is run by a scammer who preys on people needing passports quickly. He charges hundreds of dollars under the false promise of expediting the process, yet he failed to even schedule my appointment as promised. To make matters worse, my passport photo was taken incorrectly, forcing me to get a new one elsewhere. When I asked for a refund, he refused. There are already news reports exposing this place for scamming people, and I intend to take legal action to ensure it gets shut down. I was in a bind the usps/gov told me I would initially get my passport in 3-5 weeks with my expedited payment. 5 weeks came and went. My wife and I applied for Brazilian visas through Same Day Passport and Visa on 10/11/2017, with the assurance they would be received on Monday, 10/16/2017. Our date of travel was to be eight days after this - 10/24/2017. With that assurance, I paid $1,438.00 for expedited services. Instead of the visas arriving on 10/16/2017, they arrived on 10/25/2017, nine days after they were promised and after our date of travel. As a result, we lost our opportunity to vacation in Brazil and see our daughter who is in an Abilene Christian University Study Abroad program in South America. Although I am a pilot and could possibly fly standby to Brazil, I felt that was too risky considering my inflexible vacation period and the numerous hotel and tour reservations I had made. Therefore, my wife and I were using confirmed space tickets that could not be changed within 21 days of travel. Due to our inability to travel to Brazil on the planned flight, we have forfeited those tickets along with a 50% deposit on an all-day tour of Rio de Janeiro. We also missed the opportunity to see our daughter whom we haven't seen in months. I requested a partial refund of $498, the "processing fee", since we received the visas too late to travel. Ron ignored my email request and numerous phone calls. He took no responsibility for the incident. He is not a man of his word. Do not trust him. Take your business elsewhere. For Brazilian visas, I recommend going to the consulate yourself (in Houston), or going to https://visacentral.com and applying for a visa there. Excellent service! I learned I would b traveling internationally just a couple of weeks ago and my passport expired in September (ugh!). Needless to say, I needed a renewal quickly and Sameday met my need. Employees were able to fit me in for a Saturday appointment and handled everything in house (i.e.paperwork, pictures, etc..) . Fast forward seven days and my passport was ready for pickup - a full week before the projected arrival! DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PASSPORT WITH THEM. RON IS COMPLETELY DISHONEST. COMPLETE SCAM. I applied for a Chinese Visa which is something I do every year but this was the first time to use Same day Passport in Arlington. I paid for the 3-5 day expedited service ($378) knowing I had over 2 weeks before my trip which gave me plenty of spare time. After 10 business days I still didn't have my passport back. First I was told it was given to someone else by accident. Then it was lost. Then it was the Chinese Consulates fault. Finally it was my fault. Needing my passport and only having 18 hours before my flight to Asia I had to charter a plane to Houston to collect the passport (without Visa). Safe to say this was not cheap so all in all I got charged over $378 + cost of chartering a flight and got NOTHING in return. Ron offered no solution other than suggesting I miss my flight to Hong Kong and collect my passport from Lovefield airport the following day. 3 of my colleagues all received visas' from the Dallas location so I suggest you use them instead or another company altogether. I am taking legal action against the Arlington site so you might want to think twice about leaving anything important there. It may be gone tomorrow. An absolute disgrace. read more

Yes this place is sketchy. Yes i saw all the bad reviews this place had. But due to a time crunch I decided to use this place anyways. They told me their next submission date would be on Thursday. I paid for two day shipping and turned in my documents on Wednesday. Thursday they were submitted. Got my passport the following Monday. So everything worked out i guess. read more

So frustrating... called and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. Called back and they tried to place me on hold again!? I told them I'd already been on hold for 15 minutes and only want to know if I could get a US Passport through them and there hours. They said no problem on the passport and they close at 2:30pm so I need to be there between 9-12:00pm to get it process, so I drove 20 minutes to get to the place at 11:10am and found two employees and no customers (which made me curious why they kept putting me on hold?). They asked how they could help me and I said "I need a passport" and was told I had to be there by 11am and it was too late "O_o" I asked them to explain the process and they asked me to wait in the waiting room.. ??? We paid over $700 for two passports and still had to wait in line at the post office for two hours. My first experience was with expediting my passport renewal for travel to Asia when the need for travel came on very short notice.
