I love this dentist! My family and I have been coming to Dr. Greene's practice for many years now…read more I've moved several times and I still make the drive all the way back to Norwich for them -- they are worth it. The office is immaculate and decked-out with the most up-to-date equipment, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, everyone is transparent about prices and insurance coverage, and Dr. Greene himself always seems to be up to date on his research, implementing some sort of new technology or method. I am a bit of a science nerd so I'm always asking questions throughout each procedure and he is always more than happy to discuss and explain! Also, all of the hygienists are superb. I always have Ali when I come in for checkups and honestly, it feels like I'm just coming to hang out with a good friend (who just so happens to know how to clean teeth)! She's super friendly and caring (somehow she always remembers the last things we talked about six months prior), and so gentle when working, which I really appreciate. She is fantastic! I have had some very negative experiences with dentists and hygienists in the past that sort of scarred me for life, and I always dreaded going to my check-ups. I can honestly say that I feel so comfortable at Dr. Greene's I look forward to my regular cleanings (and I could probably fall asleep in the chair). Highly, highly recommend!

They have addressed any issue that I have presented and presented me with the knowledge I need to make informed decisions. Penny is a great hygenist, but whoever I get I like. I would highly recommend these people. The atmosphere is also excellent, clean, warm and welcoming

I had a tooth that was, apparently, badly infected, so this dentist performed a root canal on it. But when he made the crown for the tooth, it was way too big. And I mean massive. So massive that it filled the entire spot below it, where another crown was supposed to go. I told him the crown he made was too big, pointed out how it was so huge it would be impossible to fit the other crown below it. He did not listen. Just brushed me off and said that the computer had modeled the crown after my real tooth, so they would fit together just fine. Fastforward to a week later, when I had to have the lower crown fit in. Guess what? The monstrously huge upper crown was too big. It blocked the lower one. The poor dentist who was in charge of the lower crown kept shaving it down until it was almost nothing, trying to make it fit. I finally told him to stop, that it was useless because the upper crown was too big. I called this office again, Norwich Family Dental Associates at 17 Lafeyette, and told them AGAIN that their crown was too big. The had me come in, shaved the massive upper crown down. Then, fastforward to another week later (roughly) and I get a call from them out of the blue telling me to come in because they needed to inspect the crown they'd put in. I go in and guess what? Turns out, they had to replace it because oh gee, wouldn't you know, it was too big. Like I had told them it was FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. So, they had to give me a new crown. But not before the lower one had been shaved down to almost nothing in an effort to compensate for THEIR mistake. I still had a few fillings that needed to be done. Same guy who did the upper crown, because once they just assign you to the dentist that can fit you in the soonest, he's just automatically who they give you every time. And he was apparently new, so they just funneled new patients to him. During a filling, the Novocain he gave me didn't work. I felt everything. And it hurt. Badly. He gave me another injection of Novocain, but with the same result. It. Didn't. Work. Third time's the charm, right? Wrong. It still didn't work. So, I can only assume he was injecting it in the wrong spot. But it didn't matter. After his third attempt didn't dull the pain he just kept on working and I had to clench my fists and bear it the whole time. All of this happened around 2022, 2023. Now it's 2025. The dentist I had been seeing there a couple years ago was gone. So, I was assigned to a different guy. I go back because a crown I had (different tooth), popped out during flossing. I go there just to have it recemented. Well, when I go to have this done, wouldn't you know, the tooth next to it has a cavity beneath the crown. But the cavity? It was found on an x-ray that had been taken ALL the way back in 2022. But the guy I'd been seeing then just hadn't caught it. So, it festered. For years. And you know they kicked? I had actually gone into the office a few months prior to this cavity being found, wanting all teeth x-rayed because I knew something was wrong. They brushed me off, said it was too soon for a full dental x-ray and that it wasn't due for another TWO YEARS. The cavity could have been found THEN, too. But no. They brushed me off, like always. By the time they remove the crown and see the damage, most of the tooth was lost. Did they still charge me for THEIR mistake? You bet they did. Did they give me anything for the pain in my gums caused by the TEMPORARY fix they did? Of course they didn't. Just told me to come back in and give them MORE money (that of course I can't afford) to see what's going on with the tooth because it still ached. And if I did, naturally they'd tell me some other asininely expensive procedure would be needed to fix it. I tried to tell them it probably hurts because, due to other medical conditions atm, I just heal slowly. But of course, their go to is to just have me come in. Again. And give them more money. I'm done. With this office. With it all. I'm done.

Went in for a consultation to extract 28 teeth. Had already seen a dentist that had given the same…read morerecommendation, however the dentist did not have an anesthesiologist on staff. After reading about "teeth in a day" I decided to give Aspen a shot. After X-rays and poking and prodding some very painful teeth, the dentist tells me what I already knew - these teeth need to come out. So we go and meet with the office manager to go over numbers. She shows us $20k for the extractions and dentures. So I say, let's forget about dentures for now and just focus on getting these teeth pulled, how much are we looking at for that? $14k! She tells me $1000 is for the anesthesia, so I calculate- $13k divided by 28 teeth. That's $450/tooth!!!! The office manager got flustered and nervous as we questioned the pricing of the whole thing. Since then I've called oral surgeons and a school of dentistry and have gotten MUCH better pricing from both. Still not great, but much less than $14k. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful

During this visit, she spent over 2.5 hours and all they did was a dental checkup and x-rays to assess her. Apparently short-staffed, they had plenty of receptionists and a treatment manager on hand, maybe try hiring more actual dentists. We only chose this place as they were in-network for our insurance and had openings on the schedule. After the check up, they hit us with a "treatment" plan that was worse than what you get from a scummy car mechanic. Over 5 grand of out-of-pocket costs with little explanation on the real medical needs and procedures. With a need to end the pain, we made an appointment to do a tooth extraction, which they attempted to charge us for up-front. Something that they quickly backed off when challenging the need to do so. Apparently to "Lock in the appointment". Good thing we didn't, because after some phone calls to local dentists and some more research online we found out more about the company's corporate predatory cost and treatment structuring. Highly recommend you avoid this company. Their treatment is slow and they overcharge for everything they can. Truly despicable for a group that is supposed to be helping people in pain.
