My real estate broker met the crew as I was not able to be present. The crew came on time and finished as promised. The broker raved about the job done! She said they even moved the oven to thoroughly clean the place. The price quoted was what I paid. Gerardo kept in touch all along and was quick to reply to queries. I would heartily recommend him. Just be aware that credit cards are not accepted but Zelle or Venmo works, as well as checks (if one can be present).

Every time they came they used my granite/marble cleaning products (even requested that I replenish items) and used paper towels, etc. 2. The woman that was in charge and agreed to biweekly payment was fired sometime later. 3. There was damage to wood around my bed. I reported it but decided not to do anything about it. I colored it in with a black sharpie. See pic. 4. There was damage to my wallpaper. I reported it but I decided not to do anything about it I fixed it myself with crazy glue. Cannot find original pic but you can still see damage to wallpaper after I tried fixing it. See pic. 5. There was damage to a stainless steel part on my Wolf stove. See pic. When this occurred and I reported it, same day two women showed up at my front door without giving me notice. Once they came inside they challenged me saying that they did not do it. I had to defend myself and explain that I would never blame them for anything they did not do. This was very invasive and uncalled for. In the end they paid for item after basically harassing me. 6. When I couldn't accommodate them coming on Black Friday because I was going to be away, I requested for them to reschedule to the following Monday instead. The owner Lee became very aggressive in her texts and started complaining about the amount I pay in exclamation points as if I were underpaying her. The amount was agreed on with her previous coworker this was shocking to me. This is when I informed her that the quality of their work has diminished and that she should come with her team as scheduled to discuss everything and if it did not work out we would consider termination of contract. So I changed it to standard plus. I had to leave for an appointment and when we got back, it wasn't clear whether or not the floors had been swept, certainly not vacuumed, and if they were mopped, it was the most cursory mop at best. A waste of money and a huge disappointment. Use at your own risk. (Meanwhile, I still tipped the person $30 because my aim is not to exploit her and I know she put in the time.) The contract is a joke.. 50% deposit upfront, an additional 45% due at half way completion of the job, final 5% due at finish. Well, Bruce the owner will half ass his way through the job bringing only 1 worker when he promised there will be 3 or 4 when you sign the contract. Then he will demand the additional 45% payment when the job is no where near half way done. Mind you his work is absolutely HORRIBLE. The spackle job was comical! Exposed screws in the wall and none of the base trim was touched. Exposed nails in the base trim that was supposed to be caulked and spackled. He said all the spackle and primer was to be done at around the half way mark of the job. NONE OF IT WAS DONE. On top of all this when I fired him for his lies and terrible work, he had the nerve to leave a fake 5 star review on his own business account showing pictures of MY HOUSE!! Do yourself a favor and steer VERY CLEAR of Bruce and his games because all of his 5 star reviews are written by him.
