Despite 7 separate phone calls over 2 weeks, no calls were returned. Finally, I get through and they told me they'd check to see if they had the part. Id hear from them in "30 to 50 minutes". Nothing. So, I drove the 25 miles to their office. Turns out, It was never ordered and they were not happy...with me. I showed up. What was supposed to be a one day job, became three weeks. The killer was when "Junior" said that he didn't call me because "I have a job to do." Apparently I wasn't his job! $3500 and the work wasn't finished. After paying them my money, I ended up finding another shop, I'm not a happy customer.
