I can show him the email I got on my business email from UPS referencing that shipment being rerouted, and my business card, I can provide him with a shipper name the content of the box, and anything but the GOV ID, he can log into the company website and see my name there. He refused to provide me with the store manager's name. What he told me is (it's not my fault you made a mistake and re-routed the package here). Agree 100%, my mistake is that I thought they hired ppl with a grain of brain in that store.
