It's a pretty large restaurant, so it concerns me slightly at how quiet it is each time. However the food's been consistent here and I've never had issues with food quality at all. My go-to dishes here have been the lamb dishes. I've had their Lamb Curry, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Lamb Vindaloo. All excellent, and you can adjust the spice levels as needed (I usually go medium; spicy is REALLY spicy). If anything I wish the glasses (for filling in water) were a bit bigger, and the water was not so...lukewarm. That's about my only complaint though, everything else about this place I love. I mixed the raita with the rice which cooled the flavor down a bit. I loved the big paneer chunks mixed in with the veggies in my rice. The pomegranate juice was okay, my friend's mango juice was sweeter and tastier though. My friend is from India and he said this restaurant has authentic Indian food. He completely approved his meal too, he had the Vegetarian Thali. He let me try some of the veggie purées and the rice pudding and both were super yummy. I'd love to come back and try more meals!

The broth was so good. I never had a disaster with the broth getting delivered to me. I also got these huge dumplings that were filled with pork goodness. Sadly, I don't see them on the menu anymore. However, if you get something similar, such as their wontons, you can't go wrong. They are so delicious and comforting. This place is generous with portions. I have also had their mooshi. I've done the pork, beef, and chicken. I am missing the vegetable to complete my mooshi mission. It was all good. It's funny how I only have had mooshi in Winnipeg. My cousins first introduced us to Punjab during our visit last summer. And since then - my sister and I have been craving for them. We have been fortunate to have the family visit us this week. They brought us a whole box full of Samosas. The Samosas are like huge fried wontons with a mixture of potatoes, spices and CURRY. And the red sauce is a tamarind sauce with a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. HEAVENLY (and deadly fried) appetizers.
