My car was at Tri City Towing due to car trouble on the interstate. Because Mr. Sexton did not pick up my car as agreed, I then had to pay another 35 for storage at Tri City Towing plus get it towed by someone else. It also put us a day behind in getting car repaired. A phone call would have been appreciated...instead I sat secure in the knowledge it had been towed when in fact it had not been.
