Had it not been for the rear axle assembly digging into the pavement, we would have rolled over. Our truck was precariously perched over the edge of a steep bank. After several phone calls to towing businesses that turned out to be closed, we reached Tennessee Roadside. What a fortunate turn of events. Within minutes, "Tow Truck Tommy" and his partner Tony arrived, assessed the situation, and got to work. Using a nearby tree as a fulcrum, they calmly and professionally winched the truck at just the right angle to get it back up on the road WITH NO DAMAGE. Throughout it all, they went out of their way to reassure us. Talk about great guys --they were! But we were not happy with their charges --THEY WERE TOO LOW!
