didnt have nutter butters in their own packs only in mixed packs with only 5 in them! I eat at least 2 a day! sucks

Mixed bag at this Sam's location. Some of the employees look miserable, and have "not my job" attitude. But here are a few good ones. Suzzy is always excellent. On to the store, you can find some decent deals here, the atmosphere is a smidge better than Walmart, and the store is usually clean. One other thing to note, the cellular station isn't always manned, and there isn't a sign letting you know if they're on break etc. None of Sam's actual employees know where to find that person or who it is (a third party handles the cellular kiosk). Please stop asking for my Sam's card at the door, I can't buy anything without it, right? Also quit letting the AT&T people try to sell stuff, they're really pushy and don't know how to take "no" for an answer. read more

No frills done right, and in bulk too. Great no frills shopping for quantity. Do wish they have more fresh produce selection. The fresh meat selection here is excellent and the cuts are good. Love coming here to get cookout supplies whenever there is family gatherings. read more

No one at Sam's Club, either the corporate office or the local store, will take the time to resolve customer service issues. This was posted to the Sam's Club facebook page for both corporate and Anderson SC on Dec 7, 2018. ----------------------------------- Ok, Sam's Club. Last year, someone in Texas stole my Cash Rewards. $130 some dollars if I remember correctly. It took WEEKS to get it resolved. Three days ago I found out that someone at store 6434 in Anderson SC stole my Cash Rewards again this year. $150. I called in to your customer service team and was told I would hear back within a day or two. It's been three days now. I called again and they said "it's been referred" and they can't help me any more. Nor can they tell me who it was referred to. I was told if I didn't get a call back in the next few days to call again. I am horribly frustrated. First, your team doesn't have any idea how to correctly set a customer's expectations. There is no reason that it should take a week to call someone back and resolve a stolen Cash Rewards issue, ESPECIALLY when this is the second time it's happened. Second, what exactly are you doing to fix this problem? I was told in my local Sam's Club that a picture ID is required to redeem Cash Rewards. Perhaps you can tell me how it happened that some random person in South Carolina has my ID? It seems that on both occasions, as soon as the rewards became available (even before I knew they were available), they were stolen. This seems like an internal thing if you ask me. This is my favorite place. My mom and I go to the cafe here on Sundays for pizza (the best around) and to do our grocery shopping. I also like to come here and look at patio furniture when I'm bored. Good place! read more

They kicked me out for no reason and I was just shopping and they close at 8:00 but it was only 1:00

I always shop here, it has its goods and bads. There produce is always fresh, especially the avocados. I like that they added more self checkouts which makes it easier to get in and out. Always get the essentials here bread eggs and milk are priced great. read more

We have Been Sam members for years. Never had an issue, Customer service is super nice. Very efficient and helpful on any questions. Sometimes the CS lines are long at times but they are trying to help people not push them through. So I dont mind the small wait. Very helpful to us. Always greated with a kind voice and a smile It is sometimes hard to find an associate but if I call at the desk, someone comes quickly. Lately it seems not to be stocked as well. Lots of empty spaces. I'm not sure if they dont have as many employees now I try to go before busy times but during those times, the lines are super long and very few registers are open. Con - I'm in a wheelchair, I prefer using my own. But there are times I may need one and NEVER can get one or they are all dead. I never go when crowded their wheelchairs wont go into bathroom .
