Wouldn't you know our luck, the next day after arriving, our Honda Pilot would not turn on. Talk about bad timing ‍ First Class Halt was recommended to us by a local and they did not disappoint. We got online to make the first available appointment (it was after hours when we discovered the problem) which was two days out. The next morning we then called first thing when they opened, explained our situation, and they said just have it towed to us now and we will look at it and get your problem diagnosed today (even before our appointment day time slot). Within a few hours of them having our vehicle, they had the problem diagnosed part in order for delivery first thing the next morning so they could repair it and get us back on the road to Florida to return home. These folks took great care us even though they knew going into it that we are from out of state, so it's not like we expect to have the chance to be repeat customers. Wow! Thank you for taking such great care of us in such a stressful situation. Of course, should we ever break down again when we are up this way, this will be our first choice auto repair.
