I arrived for gasoline before the store opened. The station had been open an hour and there were only three other cars. No waiting. Why is the stuffed salmon always rotten at this location? I came today hoping for different results, but there were 4 containers: one was open, and 3 were bad. Mr. Ed said it's always like that, after he tried to convince me that it was fine. I've paid obscene amounts of money to go to an international culinary school. This is for the gas station. The past 4 times I have purchased gasoline here, there is a gentleman who comes out and greets EVERYONE. It doesn't matter how busy it is, or if the weather is horrible or nice out, he will go to every person and say "Good morning sir/ma'am!" with a big smile and a huge wave. I've always been a Costco kinda guy but Bossier City only has a Sam's. So I have adapted in the 9 or so months I've been back in northwest LA. I've come to really like this place. I mean what can be said about it that ain't already been said? If you need groceries, gas, office furniture, booze, office supplies, house furniture, cleaning supplies, booze, clothing, fresh bread, tires for your car, pharmaceutical items, cheese, clothes detergent, flat screen TVs etc... then this is the place for you!!! They do have a lot of products for reasonably cheap. Be mindful to look at the expiration dates of produce since a lot of it is already bad. Good clothing selection, the parking lot is spacious with only a few rogue carts lying around. I'd put it one notch below the one in Shreveport. read more

I bought a churro .. it must have been sitting for a long time it was hard as a rock , so I took it back to the deli requested a new one ... left the old one on the counter ... 10 min later I went to get the new one and watched the gal put the churro back in the deli case to resale!!!! The person in front of me bought a churro she gave them that churro I took up there I stepped in and said ummm you can't sell her that churro that is the one I brought back up that has been sitting out for 10 min I watched you put it in your case!!! I went to this Sam's club last weekend and considered buying a computer. There was a close out deal on a desktop computer that seemed to be priced right and I asked one of the employees if they could check to see if one was available. It took better than 20 minutes to check, but he came back and said the only one was the floor model. I asked if it was new and if the warranty was the same, the answer was "yes" to both and that I would get a discount because it was a floor model. The employee sent me to the customer service to talk price. The customer service rep said she couldn't help me and called for a manager. He arrived, we walked to the computer, he scanned the tag and offered $50 off. I agreed and he started to remove cables from the display. Soon he realized the mouse was missing and said,"hang on...I'll be right back." He came back with a LogicTech mouse in packaging and said, "this one is only about $10." I asked him where the display was and he told me it must have been stollen. I asked if he was going to pass his loss on to me and he said, "I've already discounted the computer...do you still want it?" Insulted an in disbelief, I walked away. If I could give 0 stars I would, I had the worst experience at Sams club in Bossier last night, between customer service and false advertisement. I went to purchase items for a birthday party and when I rang up the items, the price was double what was listed on the shelf. Two separate employees who were very nice verified the price on the shelf was correct and that it needed to be changed at the register. The manger, Rosemary, who had the employees verify the price, claimed the shelf price was wrong and refused to sell the product to me for the price Sams had it listed. Instead of selling me strawberries for $7.98 which is what was listed on the shelf, she wanted to sell them to me for $13.98 claiming that was the correct price. I needed 12 packages and she only offered to sell me 1 package for the $7.98, but I had to pay $13.98 for the other 11 packages. She was trying to change the price on the shelf as I was standing there. The employees that were involved were very uneasy and apologetic to me due to the fact that Rosemary was VERY aggressive and rude to me and that the price change while I was standing, there was wrong. I ended up declining the purchase and went to Kroger and bought exactly what I needed for the $7.98. At the end of the day, Rosemary started off rude, did not offer any other solution, and has horrible customer service. I have never been treated so terribly at a Sams Club before and I will not go back to this location again if this is how they treat customers when they are the ones at fault for the mistake. read more

Sam's Customer Service is a joke! I went to redeem my Cash Back. They said they couldn't because dues was paid. I paid my dues at first of the year. The problem was my Credit Card in error was linked to someone else's account. They would not credit my account with dues I've ready paid. They would not credit my Cash Back unless I opened a new account and pay due on it. That is all they would do. I told the customer service clerk to forget it! I would never set foot in Sam's again. Within thirty minutes I called and canceled my Sam's Club credit card. Plenty of other cash back cards are available from banks and businesses. It sad how a business as large as Sam's cannot correct an error that an employee made. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. I recently received an email about a recall on a product I bought and did what the email suggested I do. I went to the store and let the lady at your counter know. There was a disparity between store policy and the email and I requested the store honor what the email said (instead of having to return home and back to the store). The manager was called and began her conversation with blatant attitude. I informed another manager as I destroyed my Sams Club card. I will never shop at a Sams again. I visit your stores at least 2/3 times a month and this store's employees drove away a loyal customer. read more
