I went to the cafe before leaving to order a pizza the line wasn't terrible and when I ordered the pizza they said only 15minutes which it was ready on time. I thanked them took the pizza home . When we opened the pizza it looked good but after trying it the cheese amount was overwhelming. I didn't think a pizza could be too cheesy but this definitely was. Only recently starting shopping at Sam's Club after getting a membership for their optical section about 6 months ago. They have great selection of items and the prices are insanely lower than other stores like Target and Publix. I usually only buy things like chicken, broccoli, egg whites and blueberries - food items that go fast in my house. This store is pretty well stocked and organized. I enjoy coming here for a lot of our bulk items. I usually will pick out different meats and go home to separate them into bags to make multiple meals. The employees are helpful any time I have needed anything. When I'm in a rush, I use the scan and go in the app to get in and out really quick. It's so convenient! read more

Me and my partner went yesterday just got a membership didn't have alot of expectations since my membership was only 20$ , nothing was stocked in the freezer section , was very over crowded everywhere, after shopping we stopped to get food at the café and I could already tell by the line of people waiting fir there number to be called that this was going to be a shit storm I would have left but my partner needed to eat so we ordered and waited , we got 2 drinks was informed after I purchased that there was no lids , then tried to fill up the cups and all 3 soda machines were out of soda only had pink lemonade there were no straws trash was everywhere and the employees had so sense of urgency the cashier kept taking orders but no one was fulfilling them . I had to stand at the counter got all the way up in front jus to demand after 30+ minutes of waiting for 2 hotdogs and 2 slices of pizza that my order be fulfilled and we weren't the only ones mad, as a first time shopper im blaming my bad experience on the management team , if they had better employees and someone actually walking around managing you'd see a big difference in the people the shopping and the food. Have been coming to this store for years. They have a large parking area and a large selection. The staff have always been helpful and nice. I now live in Carrolwood and our store is a little smaller. I love the deals I can find on meats and the great selection of produce. There wine and beer selection is nice as well. read more

The rest of the store is well stocked up n organized but the produce section made me sick! The peppers had bugs n they where all chummed up. Strong sour smell of rotten bio matter, is just so not good for food and safety. I was talking to another customer n she was also irritated because the raspberries and strawberries were mostly way passed due. Alot of brown spots n again the sour smells or the fruit fermenting inside their containers. I'm weirded out because they normally swap their produce on the spot. I enjoyed going to this sams club. I visited the gas section which was surprisingly fast for a busy afternoon. I also went inside to grab a couple of items and they were in stock of almost everything which I loved! The only annoying thing is that young lady at the exit didn't know how to scan the QR code and the items in the basket so I needed to go to a manager for help. read more

They also have an excellent assortment of fresh meat, frozen items, produce, cheese and bread which I enjoy as well. They auto renew you- even though you set the membership to specifically not auto renew. You then, conveniently, can't cancel on the website and have to call. You then hold for 40 minutes (regardless of when you call) and speak to someone who is, obviously, not in the US, as the males are all "Axel" and the females are all "Jan", you have to repeat your several times for simple statements. They then have to transfer you to the next "Axel" or "Jan" that makes you go through the entire thing again. It took 2 days and 212 minutes combined to "hopefully" cancel my membership and get issued a refund. Guess I will see in 5-7 business days. DISABLED BEWARE!!!! I am a disabled senior. I had a full cart of purchases. I went to cashier for my items to be rung up. I was told by the supervisor that since I have a regular membership the cashier could not ring my purchases until 9 am. I would have to wait THREE (3) MINUTES. She said I could UPGRADE my membership for an addtl 37.00 and then they would ring me up. If not, then to put all my items back inside my cart and to move aside. This location is always extremely packed with people. You can't move anywhere without someone running into you. It's very uncomfortable. I bought my tires here, and they actually did a decent job- but now that I am coming back to have them rotated, it took me forever to get ahold of anyone on the phone to make an appointment, and when I was finally able to, I was told to come in at 8am... I have never been to a Sam's Club that was so run-down, both inside and out. I saw a few lady's of the night outside. I guess you can pick up a woman along with a mega pack of paper towels all in one spot here. Although I'm not familiar with the area, I saw enough to know that I'll never stop there again. Sams Club, you advertise on your website that your cafe is open until 7pm Mon-Sat. We waited in the to place an for a pizza and were told 30 mins before closing no more pizzas will be made. When speaking with one of your managers, I was informed home office orders are to close the cafe at 6pm. As a customer both times do not align with your advertisement and is an illustrations of poor customer service, deception, and false advertisement. I recently moved from another state and needed a new place to do groceries. I went to other places but, the groceries done at my house are so abundant I needed another alternative. Thankfully, Sam's Club made it easy for me. I arrived and went straight to "Membership Services" to make my membership and get my ID. This whole process only took about 20 minutes. I went to do groceries and it all came out to be around $800. Because I did my membership I received a $10 off card and used it. Might've not done much but, it was very courteous of Sam's Club. If you're planning on making a membership or already have one, I highly recommend using the Sam's Club along with the Sam's Club Scanning apps. The Sam's Club app mainly informs you of deals happening within the store along with other things transpiring. Personally, my favorite app is the scanning app because as I go along putting things in my cart, I can simply scan it and pay for it on the spot. This totally saves me time from putting the items in the cart, on the conveyor belt then back into the cart. But, keep in mind that you can only pay on the app if the total of your groceries is no more than $550. Sadly, my total was $745 and I scanned for no reason and totally wasted my time. My local Sam's Club is actually in Riverview, but I was in the area and needed some things before the store closed. So it made sense to stop by this one as it was closer to me at the time. The store was a mess. I'm not sure what was going on, but it was extremely crowded the Sunday I went. I can deal with crowds, but there were also no shopping carts, nowhere near enough cashiers to hurry those checking out, and some of the items I needed weren't available. It's worth it to pay for a membership, even if you only use it for gas. The gas station is hardly ever full, unlike Cotsco, which always has a 3-4 car wait every time I pass by. I love Sam's and have been into Costco but don't care for it as much. Sam's has great produce, a good variety of frozen foods, and excellent meats. I bought ground beef today that was 90% lean, some beautiful filet steaks, and large sea scallops. And you can't beat their selection of wines at awesome prices. I contacted Sam's Club and informed them that the restaurant was permanently closed and that I had unused gift cards. I informed them that I do have the receipt.
