I needed tires for my truck and after calling around, I decided to try Weaver's. Bill (Manager/Supervisor) was very knowledgeable and friendly. The shop is busy, but they were ready for me at my selected appointment time, and took the truck right in. After the installation, one of the tires had a manufacturing defect that created a noise while driving low speed. I brought it back and the shop owner Gene and Bill were nothing but professional and got a new tire in immediately without any hassle at all. The customer service here is second to no one in Brandon. This place is AMAZING!!!! I felt like I had my own personal pit crew! They were fast, efficient, friendly and very affordable. I had a slow leak in my left rear tire having to constantly put air in it. Also the valve was not allowing me to fill it with air after a while. Took it to Weaver Tire and they immediately jacked up the car within a minute. They found a nail in the tire and fixed the valve. Also they made sure all the other tires had the proper inflation. It only took about 25 minutes! Will refer and use them again for any future tire issues. read more

Today I wanted to get an oil change. I had a coupon for Weaver's. As I was driving there, I wondered if I would be uncomfortable dealing with an auto service shop. You know the feeling if you're a female. I personally don't know much about cars and I don't want it to be so obvious that the company tries to "up sell" the service I need, to something I don't need. Well let me tell you, these gentlemen were really great. Honest about the time frame the oil change would take, and asking if I wanted the free tire rotation offered in the oil change service. I did, and even though I was told it would be about an hour, they had me out the door in 30 minutes. I even got a funny story from the owner as I paid and was heading out the door. I can't remember the last time I posted a bad review about a local business. But with what just happened to me, I can't keep my mouth shut. Yesterday I went to Weaver's Tire & Auto at 310 W Brandon Blvd, Brandon FL to get my wheels aligned. Turns out that I needed new tires because my front tires were separating. Even though I could get the tires cheaper at Sam's Club, I agreed to buy them at Weaver's because I have a trip tomorrow and they could get the tires the next day. While working this am, Weaver's called to let me know that the tires were in and that I could come out later to get them installed and aligned. I called back and spoke to the owner, Gene, to let them know I'd be out sometime after lunch. I pulled up at 2:30pm (their hours are posted as open until 5pm) and the doors are closed and everyone is in their trucks leaving. I see that Gene's window on his truck is open and I yell for him to stop , but he just takes off. I stop one of the employees and asked if he could call the owner or manager and ask them to come back. He called Bill Brinson, the sales person at Weaver's that helped me the day before and the one who called me this morning. His response was "Bill's not coming back." They said something about how he 'was leaving town and wanted to get an early start.' Well I'd like to get an early start tomorrow, but because they didn't have the courtesy to call me and let me know they were closing early, I won't be leaving tomorrow. This company has treated me well in the past, but this is just horrible service. They knew I was coming but didn't have the common decency to let me know they decided to close early. I have no problem with them closing early. It's the lack of communication that has me pissed off. And the lack of concern on the owner's face as he was driving away and the lack of concern from the remaining employees in the parking lot was just unacceptable. They have lost a previously repeat customer. read more

I had a slow leak in one of my tires for a few weeks, and decided to finally do something about it. I read the reviews for Weaver's, and went in at noon on a Tuesday. I explained to Mr. Weaver what the problem was, and he had the car up on the rack 5 minutes later. He saw that one of the tires had a small nail in it, patched it up, checked the other tires just to be safe, and had me on my way. In 20 minutes max. I really appreciated that he moved one car to put mine up because he know it would be a quick fix. I've found my tire home, and when I need minor body work will use the body shop that he referred me to. read more

He called me and told me I DID NOT need all the work done that Tire Kingdom said I needed. He put a new ignition coil on my car and it was running like a top after that.
