We waited over 30 minutes for curbside pickup. During that time, our order was marked as "delivered" even though we had not received it. When we called the store, no one answered. I was routed to a customer service representative outside the U.S., who also could not reach anyone at the store. This is not acceptable. Marking orders as delivered before they are actually delivered, combined with the inability to reach the store, defeats the entire purpose of curbside service and creates unnecessary frustration for customers. read more

She could have given me a standard answer, but recognized real world versus textbook problems and took the time to help me. This kind of customer service is hard to find and is much appreciated! This location has really gone down hill. Issues 3 days in a row with sense of apology or remorse from upper management. Day 1 waited over an hour at receiving for a pallet of water, day 2 the steak I bought was actually expired and out of date, day 3 waited 45 minutes at curbside pickup with no other cars present. Probably won't be buying, Sams Club Rotisserie Chicken again. I tried 3 times, the Chicken looked fabulous, Brown and Crispy on the top, the Bottom mushy and blah. I was hesitant at this point. I started cutting the chicken on portions to refer or freeze. The inside of the chicken was FATTY and almost uncooked, so I deboned and the only thing I will be able to use it for is STIR FRY or something like that. I have always liked Sams Chicken over other brands and never had a problem with them, until now in Burleson,Tx. Oooh what an experience at Sam's... On yesterday 4/4 my husband and I attempted to go to Sam's to pick up a few things... i.e sea salt, onion powder, potatoes and some other non-essential products. The problem is, I made sure to check for any COVID-19 update on Friday just to be sure I was in compliance. Based on the app site and other site I read, they were allowing 2 customers per one membership card. So my husband and I went in as planned and then we're greeted in such a way that I'd never experienced at Sam's before... "STOP, only one customer is allowed per card!" an associate yells. Well I'm caught completely off guard b/c the app did not say that so I simply state, "well your app stated that 2 customers are allowed per one membership card". Whhhhhy did I say that... she goes on and states, "yeah I know but I'm telling you that it has changed" and proceeded to look at me as if I'm wrong. Now, I completely understand if things changes overnight but there were no updates on the app site or on the windows as you entered (just a bunch of associates yelling "wait, wait, wait, oh no stop, no sir, no ma'am comeback". This is a very challenging time and we must all try to protect one another but I do believe it could have been better handled. Note: Sam's if you must change your procedures spur of the moment, please have more associates equipped with better customer service. Because even after I went in (and let me add it was cold and raining) I left b/c I felt at that moment it wasn't about customer care it was more about the staff. Trust me, I want the staff to be protected as well, but if that is the case then you should think about closing until this is over. Simply put your staff is starting to become rude and probably unappreciated which is spewing into horrible customer. FYI:The app still states that you are allowing 2 persons per membership card as of today 4/5. read more

This location has the WORST Curb Side pick up! More then a dozen times the app & kiosks both used and no one brings out order. I have a 15 min or more wait and have even had to resort to calling the Tire Department for help cause they NEVER answer the customer service line. Lastly today, they left out all cold items! (My son picked up the order & didn't realize items missing) I had to spend over 2 hours hunting down why & where my items were. Even contacted Sams Club Corp. Online and they said it's all dealt with at the club level. A very nice lady in the Tire Department made sure my order for to me...she even had to be the one to load my car. My husband & I went into Sam's around 11:30 AM this morning. We are senior citizens and missed the times for our shopping. Not thinking we were stopped at the door which was told to us we could not go in together as there is now the new rule "1 person per household". Since we came in the same car together & have the same address were told again only 1 person allowed. My husband went out to the car as I went inside to pick up my prescriptions. I looked around the store & did see more then 1 couple walking together. When I got back outside my husband said he watched 4 other couples go in together and were allowed to go into the store together. So why weren't they stopped? This was in my opinion completely wrong. Left my card at home and was told I couldn't get a temporary. My wife, a nurse temporarily, put her best friend, a nurse, on the account to take advantage of their front line personell covid discount. I was unaware of this. The clerk was of no help and when I explained that I've shopped here for the last 5yrs with no issue, she stated that I couldn't use the account without being named on it when in the past I've literally sent my son to pick up too many items to count with no issue. I really like this place BUT when it comes to the pharmacy I get just a bit ticked . If you don't pick up your prescription within a week they put it back on shelf and then you have to wait for 15-30 mins for them to refill. We were on vacation for over a week and when got back In Town went to pu prescriptions and they put them back , why not wait at least 3 weeks people before putting them back ??? My wife and I love this store. Never have had any problems at all. We like the idea of having to show your membership card when you arrive. Keeps out people who want to steal merchandise. We have no problem with the pick up service at all. We do not use it as it is extremely burdensome on the employees to try and fill the orders. Never should have been started in the first place. The gas prices are reasonable and low. About time QT had competition. Keep up the good work for us at least. read more

I'm here about monthly. Pleased most items I get often, trash bags, tp, single drinks, pasta. Usually all OK but get tired of all the sales persons selling on the main paths. I don't mind once but be approached same person again is bothersome. I use a rider so seems I would be easy remember. Sad see so many negative review on curb service. The club itself is ok, but the pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I had my doc call my medicine into this pharmacy instead of my regular one because I was told their plus members get a big discount on generics. He called it on Monday, I went to pick it up today. The rude lady at the counter gets the pharmacist and she proceeds to tell me they won't fill any prescriptions from my doctor because he doesn't follow up with them quick enough. WHAT?!?! So I have had a prescription setting there for 3 days now and you just decide you don't want to fill it because you don't like how the doctor communicates?!? And you didn't think to call me and tell me that the day you got the request?? They claimed they didn't have any contact info for me....that's funny, I have been a member for 10+ years! I love this store when I go in and do my own shopping. On very rare occasions I do order pick up, usually when I have a lot going on. Today We went to pick up our order and only received half of the order. We asked twice if they were sure this was it because they had loaded it in boxes and couldn't see what all we had they assured us that was it. We got home and we had none of our cold items. The last time I used order pick up I sat out front waiting for 20 minutes and finally walked it and showed them which order was mine. The girl literally said "Oh ya, that is your order number." I get it we all make mistakes and we all over look things, but my real frustration is that no one ever answers the customer service line when you call. This has happened to me on a number of occasions, so when that happens I call the Bakery. Sherry was kind enough to help me the first time, but today when I called the person who answered said they are at the back of the store so she really didn't know what I expected her to do since that's not her job. Well, I'm a customer and helping me is your job, and since I called 3 times and no one answered, and I told you that, so what I would like is for you to make sure someone takes my call. I filled up my motorcycle last week a few times at different stations and noticed some stuttering problems. Went through the electrical system and didn't find any problems, cleared up after a few days. Then filled up a full tank of premium gas at this Sam's Club and got a few miles down the road before it started backfiring like crazy and stalling in traffic. Limped it back home and have siphoned out the bad gasoline. Smells like a old locker room. Never again will I get gas at Sam's club. read more
