I was told to come in Friday morning because there wasn't a wait, but when I arrived, the wait was an hour and a half. I was then advised to make an appointment, so I scheduled one for Saturday. I checked in on my way, arrived five minutes early, and was told the wait would still be about an hour. An hour and ten minutes later, my car hadn't even been pulled into the shop. This place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I understand delays happen, but repeatedly giving inaccurate wait times and appointment expectations is frustrating and disrespectful of customers' time. To make matters worse, the women's restroom had no soap or paper towels. I won't be returning. I'm canceling my credit card here as well. 01/21/23. Saturday 1:30 pm. I can't say that I have ever had a bad experience here. Today Jason was the one to help me. Been here 3 times in the last 5 weeks or so. Purchased my tires here and one of them needed to be repaired. No issues with the warranty I paid for. In and out with my tire patched in about 90 min. Today's issue same tire. My light keeps coming on with pressure issue. They take me up to the counter and check my tire in 60 minutes. If it continues to be an issue he let me know they will have to order a new tire which will take a couple of days. I appreciate that they always communicate. They aren't as busy as I have seen them but they are always patient with me. My previous complaint was that they never reset my tires monitor.
