Worst Sam's club i've ever been to and I've been to quite a few of them. They all have pissed off attitudes. If you don't want to work there, just quit and find another job. The little Hispanic girl and the "manager" up at the front desk answering the phone are rude, dismissive, unconcerned, unprofessional, and thought they were playing games today transferring me around to the phones at member services when I was calling about a fraudulent charge on my Sam's Club account and credit card. After an hour of them playing their games and being on hold...I finally got to the correct department and Robert in Tires was great, unfortunately the face of that store needs a major overhaul I don't care how busy they are...no one should be talked over, ignored, not addressed, addressed using street vernacular (mami), and passing messages versus addressing me directly like a leader of the business. Love that they're trying to rebrand and give themselves a fresh look by renovating. However I don't know how much you're paying your employees but wow! Everyone is pissed, zero customer service, oh and maybe you can ask them to not talk on the phone while working screaming the "N" word every 3 seconds through the store. Clearly there's none managing these employees. Or maybe you're getting them off the street. No idea. I'd never buy anything perishable from this store. Nothing is monitored or maintained. I've trashed any refrigerated items I've ever purchased. Non expired milk, and soup were trashed bc it stunk and clearly spoiled. read more

So, this isn't really so much for the store it's for the customer service line. First of all, you wait on hold for 20 minutes and then when you finally do you can't understand them!! Can we get someone from AMERICA on the line... maybe? I was on the phone with them for 35 minutes and went in circles because they charged me $50 to renew my membership when I never asked to have my membership renewed! All I wanted was my $50 charged back to my debit card, you think that would be a simple task right? Yeah, nope, we want in circles for 35 minutes about how she sees two accounts (when she really meant two members the whole time we were talking) When I finally realized she had no idea what was going on, i asked for a manager. While I was on hold waiting for said "manager" I got hung up on ..... AFTER 45 MINUTES OF BEING ON THE PHONE. So, I had to call back and start ALL OVER with another person (who again, did not speak English) and proceed the whole process again which turns out that they did not see any charge on my account for $50 so, the First Lady could have just told me that and I could've saved myself time and just called my bank & disputed it ..... They need to have some chats with their customer service team & maybe teach them how to speak & how to word things differently because what they are saying doesn't make sense. read more

The cashier that is Russian named "Roza" is so rude and asked a disturbing question to a girl that was a Tom boy ( someone who wears boy clothes that is female) Roza looked at the girl up and down and said "Are you a boy or girl" and gave the girl a dirty look. The girl didn't respond at all. This is rude and disrespectful to ask a question like that if it was any of her business what so ever. When it was my mom and I's turn she would stare at us with a weird look when we spoke our language. Suddenly they're trying to improve the store but there is really bad employee members there. The other day I went to a cashier and she said she was closed but when I went to a different cashier I saw her taking care of someone else when she told me she was closing and I was the last person there. Sam's club is just one of the many warehouses. But it is my favorite place to shop for myself. I find it easier to get things in bulk it saves me time and money. That's the way it should be and of course i like the early opening hours . the other warehouses open up at 10:00 A.m. Also saves money by going hear with the Philly soda tax... read more

We do a lot of shopping at all 3 warehouse clubs. Costco is definitely a favorite, but Sams Club is not without their upside. I tend to stop in every 2 months or so. On my last trip in I noticed they had a nice uptick in organic foods, some nice looking produce, and a really solid and cheap selection of kids and baby clothes. The one recurring downside is that they aren't very militant with clearing expired stuff from their shelves. You really have to be careful and check the date when you grab something. I also want to mention the Sam's Club credit card. They sometimes have promos where you can get a $50 or even $100 shopping voucher, free food, plus there's 5% cashback on gas and 3% cashback on food and travel every day. That's actually how we got roped into a membership with them in the first place. Anyway check it out. Maybe you can save some cash. read more

Great place to shop! I have both Sams Club and Costco memberships. Since there is no Costco within 10 miles from where I live, and this store is only a few minutes away, I shop here very often. All merchandises are priced almost similar as in Costco. To name a few, they also have $4.99 roast chicken, they have $4.99 per box of croissant (12 pieces). I sometimes buy tshirt, jeans and shoes from there. The staffs are very friendly over there. The line is not too long, the checkout takes less than 2 minutes usually, several people are helping checking out when the lines are long. Also there are a few self-checkout scanners. read more

I prefer to do groceries from superstores. ANd one of my favorite stores is Sam's Club. The reason behind giving lower ratings is not related to the quality of products, it is about their responsibility for the customers. If you visit BJs, they have arranged sink, soap, hand wash, sanitizing wipes before you enter the shopping area. But if you enter Samas Club they made shields for their employees, that's good. But if they have some temperature screening or hygiene practice at the entry, it will help the society and all their members will feel safe and happy. read more

I've been shopping at Sams Club for over 20 yrs and I've returned a couple things but that's it until today. We bought a chuck roast (which I know is not a great cut but we use it for stews and stuff). I was cubing it and putting them into freezer bags. I cut 2large pieces and hanging in and out of the roast was what looked like heart valves. And there are pockets in it and there a huge piece of hip bone or cartilage that looks like they just chopped the cow right there. I have never seen a piece of meat like this in 25 yrs of cooking. We called the girl she got snippy when I said I wanted prime roast for this disgusting vile thing they sold. We took the meat up and they gave us a $10 gift card! Can u believe that!?! To not accept any responsibility for their mistake! The butchers mistake. He should have had the prime rib deducted from his check. But no I have to take my lumps with a gift card. It's slap in the face. I will never step foot into sams club again. They think oh well but we have spent 1,000's over the years and I will continue to let people know stay away from a store that serves this crud and takes no responsibility. Customer service is nonexistent at this Sam's Club!!! No desk, no sign, rude and nasty customer service representatives standing At two Computer terminals in the middle of the floor. The only indication was a small hand written sign That says line forms here!!! As a new member was greeted by one customer representative and told line forms there with no one in site on the line and then thrown an advertisement booklet after receiving membership card saying that's all you get with the membership!!! really Sams is this what you think of your customers???? read more

This store is the worst Sam's club ever seen. Today we ordered pizza and other food from the food court, found out the package of the food were different from what it looked like before, and the pizza slices got much thinner and smaller. That's their business strategy, decrease cost , decrease the quality! Plus, the employees at the food court are so rude. read more

This is a much small SAMs club then most but they have the standards. This One does not have a deli. I mainly shop there for bulk Condiments, mini sports drinks, and multi packs of single serving snacks. They also have a dame good rotisserie chicken. read more

We come here at least once a week if not twice. Love it for bulk items. Also great for fruits and veggies, it's cheaper then the grocery store and you get more. Their rotisserie chicken is so delicious, you can't help but pick one up every time go. Definitely recommend!! read more

The employees here are some of the rudest people I have ever met. Also the store is extremely dirty.

Store is average on its best day & never handles lines that well. That said, on this day one of the sample ladies was very rude to my daughter. Don't shoo away a child without explaining yourself. If an adult has to grab the sample that is fine, but how is a child to know that if you don't explain it when you shove their hand away without a word. There is no sign & I'm sure she just made it up. I do not need a spoon of ice cream that bad & plenty of big stores to go around so I'll just go to one of them & hope the sample lady doesn't big time my 8 year old. I'm courteous to people & expect the same in return, not much to ask. read more

Disrespectful employee. Went shopping here with my mother this morning, we both picked up things. When we arrived at the register I informed the cashier everything in the top part of the cart was separate to which she acknowledged. Then this woman SHANTEL walks up (after goofing around with a coworker) and randomly starts throwing things from the cart to the belt mixing things up. I say " whoa whoa they are separate orders" she replies "well how was I supposed to know" to which I stated "you didn't have to" I point at the cashier and state "she's ringing me up and she was aware" next thing you know she wanted to go back and forth in a screaming match until she make comments such as "you're a b*tch" and "shut up". So disrespectful I will never go back to this location and may get rid of my Sam's card all together. Not everyone from the hood has the respect to work with the public. This woman should be fired. Putting in a formal complaint with Sam's Human Resources. I have the whole thing recorded on my phone. read more
