It is a Sam's club. No ifs ands or buts. Exactly what you would expect if going to a Sam's. I will skip to the most important aspects of a Sam's. Food and booze. The meat selection while not vast, was quality. The cuts they had were outstanding and the butcher was helpful. The beef was decently priced and very competitive to any grocery store. Grass fed Angus ribeyes were thick and detailed with marbling. Briskets were of varying sizes but cut well with the right amount of fat for smoking. Ribs and other pork looked great (I snatched up some baby backs to smoke...I'll update review Sunday night...). Everything else looked fresh and reasonably priced. Wine selection was very good. Prices competitively with a wine warehouse. I wouldn't go into this section without knowing what you want. That was my general impression. Overall, seemed a bit smaller and less stock than some clubs but I actually preferred it. We will return. read more

This Sam's Club has extremely poor inventory control. They often run out of items that they normally carry and don't restock for several days. This makes it extremely difficult to plan routine visits to stock up on items without having to return later to pick up the items that they were out of. Also, they routinely discontinue items that we have purchased there for years with no explanation. The last straw occurred yesterday when I tried to get a price match on a coffee pot that I had purchased there last month and was now on sale. They refused to match the price because I was one day beyond their 30 day cutoff for price matching (which I didn't know existed). The manager refused to match the price saying he was not allowed to violate their corporate policy. My wife has been trying to get me to switch to Costco for years but I have resisted because the location is slightly less convenient to us. Guess it is time to finally make that move! read more

Sam's is worth being a member if you find the right deals for you and/or your family. Here are our top 5 deals for us: 1) Electronics especially computer related. Great prices and great warranty. I bought a laser printer many, many years ago. Spent a lot, but got every penny back when it ended up failing while under the warranty, used it towards a new one, and still had money leftover. I am not one to buy extended warranties but for those big ticket items it is well worth it. Just keep your records in order so you have the required receipt and paperwork! 2) Bulk batteries. I buy Duracell or Energizer batteries in bulk here for the same or less than what I would spend at places like Target. 3) SeaPak Frozen Breaded Butterfly shrimp. Tried these during one of their "sample" stations. Pop however many you want in the toaster oven for 6 minutes, turn them over for another 6 minutes and wala, dinner or snack in a jiffy. Kids *love* these (and so do I). They go so fast! 4) They Whey Protein Powder is great. ~32 for 5 pounds. Ingredients are good and h have been using it for years. 5) Saran Wrap commercial container. It lasts forever and makes it so easy to use. Reasonably priced too (don't remember since it was so long ago that I bought it...but love having it). No struggling getting the wrap to unstick to itself...it is in a big box ready to use whenever you need it. Be prepared to end up with more than you planned on getting. You will inevitably find something that is just tooo good of a deal to pass up, even though you weren't planning on getting it. Happy shopping! read more

The snack bar staff ignored me even though I stood in front of the cashier register for almost 5 minutes. One worker finally looked at me and turned back around without a single acknowledgment. read more

Today I went to Sam's Club to pick up 2 orders. After waiting for over 10 minutes, one of the orders was delivered to my car. I told the man that I had 2 orders to pick up and the order that he hadn't brought out was big. Other people were also waiting for their orders, and when he knocked on the back of my car, I opened the hatch. Sam's Club tells you that they don't charge you until you've picked up your order. When I got home and opened the hatch, I received 4 bags of sugar and was charged $17.96 twice and $357.98 for the order I didn't get. I tried to call the store, but nobody answered. This isn't the first time I've had this happen dealing with this Sam's. Somebody needs to tell the people that deliver the orders to customers that 4 bags of sugar doesn't constitute a "large order." I'm handicapped, so shopping in the store is difficult when having to drag medical equipment with me, but now I'm going to have to get credit for the order I didn't get and what I'm afraid of is that the guy delivered my big order to one of the other cars. If I don't get credited for the $357.98, I'll file a dispute with my bank. Even though it's much farther from my home, the Sam's Club on South Wadsworth is much more efficient when it comes to bringing out your correct order. This Sam's wants to deliver your order to the trunk of your car. Great for them because you can't see what you're getting, but if you know what's good for you, tell them you want your order put in the back seat of your vehicle. That way you just might get what you paid for! read more

Guess Walmart cant afford hoses that reach both sides of a car that have been around for decades now, so getting gas after 9am takes 20+ minutes always backed up cuz with half the pumps empty, potholes big enough to cause damage who cares years later still there, not open 24/7 because why be efficient when you can try & get em in during shopping hours. squeeges? what are squeeges typically there never out when its literally the guys only job by 5 minutes after open they should be out but the managers grandpa cant even do that. I go to gas stations to fill my tank and clear my windows when needed in an effcient manner not to be harrased by the stores managers grandpa. but what chw gonna do these parasites are the only place left to shop. Costco not much better I hold both cards & just go to the one closest when I need a fill up. costco has modern hoses and no potholes but no squeeges lmao. merica ef yeah oh the 3 people paid to treat me like a criminal but only 1 to accept my cash to check me out is a great way to say F U to customers, no I wint use your robots without an employee discount the shear audacity of this "company" is amazing they actually think people patronize them by choice. how bout sending the 3 receipt checkers that treat customers like criminals to a register? read more

I do not care for the layout of this store either. It"s confusing and like product us not placed right. There ate no self checkout registers and the registers that ate open ate always 4-5 carts deep. And no express lanes either. I buy very little in bulk so I never have more than 5 or 6 items. This location is slight chaos. read more

I love Sam's Club. Let me start off by saying that. But when you have 17 lanes available, and only 5 are open, you suck as management. Clearly you don't know how to staff and the guy sampling out the salad mix is more important than getting people through the lines when all open lanes are backed up. I shop at several Sam's Clubs in the metro Denver area, and I like them all. This one is closest to my home, and I frequently purchase diapers, Pull-Ups, and baby wipes for a non-profit who distributes them to babies and toddlers living in poverty in the metro Denver area. Their diaper sales are great, and staff are so kind when they see me coming with my cartload of diapers. They always want to know if I am a grandma of triplets, and when I let them know who will be getting the diapers, they bless me and thank me for what I do. They are all so kind and helpful. I will continue to shop there on a regular basis. read more

Decided I would give their churros a shot today because I myself am a huge churro fan. The price was absolutely amazing 99 cents ( or $1.06 after tax). The lady at the counter atended to me as fast as she could and I had my churro in seconds. As for the taste not amazing but still a churro, it was crunchy and the taste was almost all there. I'd give this churro a 5/10 I would strongly recommend going to get a churro at Costco. It comes out to be 1 cents more (1.07 after tax) but overall completely worth the extra cent, their churros slap. read more

Terrible store located in the highest tax rate and their prices are higher then other sams clubs?tried to contact the manager as a family member recommended to drive the extra miles and go to the sams club in Littleton of wads worth.manager was unresponsive in lonetree on a second note in the lonetree store the people were rude and they don't have the tire center anymore? Liquor store left and he said they are terrible to work with..what is sad that this store is in a very high income neighborhood with people who want to spend money and like to be amazed with nice food a smile and great service something your wadsworth store understands.on top of that Costco is right around the corner and they understand . why isn't the senior management involved here and stepping in?? This store is horrible!!! Only one checker and 5 carts inline to check out. I ask if they have more checkers, they say "No". I hate this store and will not go back. This was for work and they make you stand inline for 30min to check out. They want everyone to use the self check out but there is not enough room when you have 2 carts of stuff. There is no A/C in the store so everything including the customers melt. So glad Costco is 5min away. You would think 2 days before the 4th of July you would staff accordingly. read more

Everyone please avoid this Sam's Club. They are very unprofessional. There was a cashier next to the one I was checking out that was harassing customers about being a Broncos Fans. I saw the cashier laughing and mocking the customers who didn't understand her sign (no Broncos fans...... Cowboys fans only), she was making rude comments towards the customers who didn't understand her sign. So beware if you go to this Sam's Club the cashiers will laugh and mock you and won't help you if you are not a Cowboys Fans. read more

I have been using this Sams for years. It's your average bulk box store, but with Scan & Go I can ring up all of my items on my phone and pay with my phone. This is a dream during the holiday season. I have both Sams and Costco memberships and will let my Costco expire this year because I NEVER have to wait in line as Sams. Scan & Go is amazing. read more

I have been going here for years. In the last year or so things have been going down hill. The Tire department is understaffed and the turnover has increased. They left my Car unlocked while parked on the side of the building. I have a GPS in my Vehicle so I lock it up. It was locked when I dropped it off, yet when I went to pick it up after doing my shopping, it was unlocked. They should return a vehicle in the same condition they found it. I also had asked them to inspect the tires for even wear. They had told me that they were wearing evenly. They were not. They now only have 2 employees working in the department every day of the week. This means at least an hour for a simple tire rotation if they have one or two cars ahead of you. No one will come to the front service counter unless you have them paged or bang on the window. They have a security camera and a Monitor showing the desk are but there is not a second screen in the Service Bays that would alert the employees that someone is at the front counter. Mikey, the Manager, told me that they were going to give him a Counter help person but has not happened. They need to put a sensor to notify the employees working in the bays that someone is at the counter. Even a simple door chime that goes off when you break the beam between the sensors would work. The Snack Shop area has been quite dirty the last 2 times I have went there. I was there at 1:45 pm yesterday, the 1st of March on a Tuesday. It was not busy, yet the counter where you get your condiments was wet and dirty. After searching for a table that was not dirty, I sat down and noticed a lot of trash and food debris on the floor. It takes less than a few minutes to have an employee do a quick wipe down of the counters and tables. The registers are usually understaffed. Even at non peak hours, there is almost always a line 3 or 4 deep. I am having a hard time justifying renewing my membership. read more

My $20 sign on gift card? Nope. Not even close Sam's club. Finished my experience with the cashier having no idea how to ring up my free pie, and then the door Nazi asking me why it was voided. I love Sam's club. They always have a great selection of things you might need a bit more of if you have kids. WE HAVE FOUR! Cereal, milk (not in the two pack but sold individually), fruit, premade deli meals, and of course great deals on kids outdoor stuff and clothes. I hadn't been to this one for a while and they rearranged a bit so the last visit last week took longer than usual. I guess I need to go again to learn the new locations of everything. The only reason I didn't give a five star like I think they usually earn is I had a checker that squished my food :-(. He sqashed my bread and set my fresh asaparagus in the cart on it's fragile tips!!! GASP! When I tried to help the obviously clueless individual out and moved my asaparagus he set a heavy can on top of it. Oh well. They weren't ruined so I didn't say anything. I heard about him through a referral and wasn't sure what to expect but I left there so excited and blown away by his expertise. I had a few ideas about what I wanted, he listened to me and incorporated his own ideas to plan my dream centerpieces. He had flowers ready to go out for a wedding today and I was so impressed by the bouquets. Needless to say I can't wait until June and I am so excited for Robert to be the one in charge of the flowers. I have been with Samsclub for at least 15 years. I never realized that Samsclub leaves it to the store manager to match other Samsclub's discounted item. Apparently this Sam's club doesn't match other Samsclub discounted items. I went to Southlands last week where I normally shop. Found this dining set with a $200 discount that was apparently posted since4/16. We planned to come back and get it that evening and unfortunately sold out. Thinking that all I needed to do was go to another Samsclub, I was wrong. It was actually sold out everywhere except for Lone tree. Their price was not discounted and the customer service didn't even take time to see if the manager would speak to me about matching. I called Southlands and the online customer service, and they both said that if I talked to their manager, they should be able to match. I did call the lone tree manager Sara and she couldn't help me either. Well, I guess the point of this review is that lone tree Samsclub does not know how to care for their customers. If you're looking for good customer service Samsclub, don't come looking here. read more

Today I went to purchase an item I needed as a Christina's gift. All the lines were very long so one of the manger approached me and said since I have one item I can go to the cigarette cashier and checkout there. I proceeded to doing that. There was an older woman there who just stared at me when I got there literally!! Never asked what I needed so I just told her I needed to purchase the item she takes my item and cards scans and puts everything on the table and leaves.. As if nothing just happened. I was just looking like what the hell is going on is this a prank show or something. She's the dumbest person I have met.
