If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place is a disaster and has been for several years. One of the companies/locations that has never gotten past Covid. To try and call for an update, that should be automated, one needs to plan on wasting at least 30-1 hour during which time they pick up phone and place you back on hold multiple times. The personnel turn over like they're teenagers, and many are rude. It's really unbelievable that this location can continue to operate this way. Pharmacist working here is not a friendly person. Gave them a call to discuss my insurance Bc I had ordered my scripts through their app. Gentleman answered and said no prescriptions have been received, so he "Assumed" I was calling the wrong one. Which I wasn't Bc the app had the number of the Walgreens to call that 'supposedly received' my scripts. After I went through them all, one couldn't transfer. I didn't understand why, Bc I had 5 refills. This man, definitely doesn't like questions Bc he got rude with me and his tonality came off as super annoyed with me. Thinking he probably should work in another field... and after reading the reviews for this Walgreens, I'm obviously not the only one that has had issues with the pharmacy at this location. The pharmacy (which we have filled prescriptions at for 23 years) is a hot mess due to staffing shortages. It's a Corporate office issue, they refuse to crack open their wallet to pay their employees so they leave. I cannot imagine the working conditions these employees face with lines long for the drive thru (when it's even open). Customers become frustrated and upset which is hard on the employees. Walgreens - you need to value your people who make you your money and value your customers who do the same and pay more and staff up. As for us, we are transferring all of our prescriptions to another chain where we won't be subjected to corporate greed and the resulting terrible service. read more

When there are two customers ahead of me...Absolutely pathetic, if you can't at the very least answer your phone during pharmacy hours then adjust your hours. I've been using this pharmacy for years but lately the service and pricing has declined to the point I can't go here anymore. Several pharmacy issues but most recent was when My doc called a prescription in to Walgreens on Thursday for a Monday operation. I went in on Saturday and the two prescriptions still weren't ready. The clerk asked if I needed the meds today (yes! Pharmacy has reduced hours due to staffing issues) and told to come back in 45 mins. Came back 1.5 hours later and still not ready so waited another 15 mins until scrips filled. For other goods, was going to buy Miralax and toilet paper. Price through their online app was $11.99 and $6.49 with $1 coupon respectively. In the store, on the shelf, the prices were $16.99 and $8.99 respectively! Went out to my car, ordered online then picked up, saving myself $6.50 or 26%. There appear to be some serious management issues here - not this store but Walgreens at large. This is regarding the pharmacy. Called to have an essential medication filled and was told it would be ready in an hour. I come the next day and they say it's out of stock and won't transfer the medication to a different Walgreens. Pharmacist offered no helpful solution toward getting the medication I needed and was told would be filled. She said I could take half my medication amount because that was what was in stock but that I wouldn't be able to get the rest of my prescription filled after that. Great solution. I'll be writing corporate at this point because no one even let me know my medication was "out of stock". Stay away from this location if you need essential medication filled at the pharmacy. read more

The actual store itself is a normal Walgreens nothing super special but nothing terrible, BUT... the pharmacy is a mess. I need to refill a prescription and I'm waiting 2 weeks so I order it 2 weeks in advance and it's still not ready. I've had to sit on the phone for an hour just to talk to someone for 5 minutes to get my prescription refilled. Truly the worst pharmacy service. Lines are a mile long. You get put on perpetual hold if you try calling. It's just horrible.

I am absolutely mortified by the service from the Walgreens photo center here. Not only are they the worst quality film I've ever had developed (this could be the 100th roll of film I've had done). But it just so happened to be the most important film I've had done in a while because it was my trip to Europe with my girlfriend and I was getting 4 rolls done. The pictures turned out horribly, if you are getting film done please go to an actual photography store. On top of the horrible quality, the store manager was incredibly rude to the point where an associate actually apologized to me on behalf of the manager because "it had been a long day." Once again completely appalled please do yourself a favor and look for a better managed and higher quality store to take care of your daily errands. read more

I have reviewed a lot of Walgreens. I don't know why, I just like them :) And this one was my main store for many years (a few years ago). Since I spent so much time in it, it seems the most familiar and therefore the one where I am most at home. There is nothing that stands out particularly about this one and nothing that makes me cranky. It's got all your health, beauty, greeting card, candy fix needs! Oh and they even put in an Icee machine near the registers! It is A-OK in my book! read more

Customer service means everything to me! Came here to grab some makeup items and Emergen-C! They carry the large boxes and I love to keep my immunity up since I'm bouncing all around places! I met this amazing woman in makeup- her name is Duffy. She was so incredibly helpful and spent time with me to go over my skin irritants as well as the style and look I like to achieve. I'm a minialmast --- unless I'm going out for a special night, then I'm a minialmast with a little glam! Anywho- she was charming, sweet, helpful and a pure joy to talk to. Wow. Really can't describe how much management must have screwed up this store to get it into a state that is this understaffed. The wait times at the pharmacy are insane. Each car takes roughly 25 minutes at the drive through pharmacy. 3rd inline, you are looking at over an hour. Inside is not better. Every employee I speak to is very apologetic and is trying to do three peoples job. Had a few tell me there were planning on quitting. Just wanted to say thank you to the gentleman in the pharmacy last night that helped me out. I had a fever and didn't want to go in the store so I told him what I needed and they got it for me and had it waiting at the pharmacy drive up window. This review is primarily for the pharmacy and specifically the pharmacists and pharmacy techs at this location. My son has a very complicated medical condition that requires some very careful management. Staff here goes above and beyond every month to make sure that he has the medicines he needs. In the rare case a medication needs to be ordered, they do so and will keep us in the loop about when it's going to be available and we can pick it up. All of the pharmacy staff are incredibly professional, courteous and very understanding. It's a great feeling knowing that the pharmacist is so involved in the care and management of medications for our son. I like this location because they also have a great photo shop with very helpful folks and I really enjoy the fact that they take Apple Pay! They have great sales and carry a huge selection of just about anything that you could ever want or need! The other day I stopped in to pick up a few things and realized they had everything on my shopping list which saved me an extra trip! I am quite happy this is my local Walgreens! read more

Used to be my favorite pharmacy. Now there is no staff. No one answers the phone. You can't get scripts filled under any kind of timely manner. Went to the medical clinic for a strep test 2/19/17. Was told there computer system was down and would have to pay for visit out of pocket and then I could call the next day and give my insurance information which I did. Don't go to this Walgreens if you are in a hurry. The last few times I've been here, there is always a line of 6-7 people at the front register with only one register open. On this particular trip, I walked In to grab three things and noticed a big line at the front. There was only one person at the photo counter so I headed that way hoping to pay quickly. While walking towards the photo counter, an employee who was behind me said to the photo counter person "hey Nikki, can you ring me up?", then proceeded to hurry in front of me to the photo counter. She was using coupons and apparently didn't purchase enough to use them so she had to leave the counter and go hunt for more stuff to buy, then it still wouldn't ring up, etc etc. she made it a point to tell me that she was now a customer even though she was still in her uniform. Needless to say, I would have Gotten out of there quicker if I had waited in the line at the front of the store. Really, really annoying. read more
