I remember when an oil change included topping off all fluids, checking and inflating the tires to the proper pressure, and cleaning the windshield. Those little details were part of what made your shop stand out. At my most recent visit, I brought in my 2015 Ford F-250 diesel for an oil and fuel filter change. I understand that prices have increased over the years, but this service was over $400. While I was there, I also asked if you could remount a tractor tire onto its rim. I was told to check inside, and the person I spoke with said it wouldn't be a problem. After returning to my truck to wait, I was then told I would have to leave the wheel and tire to be mounted later. I explained that I needed it mounted so I could get back to work. I was then told there was a car that had to be finished by 10:00 a.m., so it would have to wait until after that--or I could take it to the tire shop up the road. I paid for my service and left. I went to the tire shop that was recommended, and they had the tire mounted in less than two minutes for $10. I realize times have changed, costs have increased, and businesses face different challenges today. However, higher prices should not have to come with a decline in customer service. One of the reasons I have remained a loyal customer for so many years has been the quality of service your shop has always provided. Unfortunately, this visit left me disappointed. I wanted to share this feedback because I value the relationship I've had with your business over the years and hope you'll take it into consideration.

I choose their Diamond service to make sure all my levels were ok for the long drive ahead. Today I started to change my oil and noticed a tool stuck in the panel next to the oil filter and it was the clip removing tool that removes the panel to access the oil filter. The panel clip was broken also. And the oil filter was a no name generic brand while I paid for a name brand filter included in the Diamond service. Auto Quick McDonough is quick to take your money and quick to preform shoddy work your vehicle and charge an outrageous price... Diamond oil change service $55.00 out the door for what? I have come learn that quick doesn't mean quality as the old adage goes... (their) haste makes (my) waste! = /

I got in to a minor accident and needed to get 3 quotes. I decided to go with Alpha since their…read morequote were more in line with the cost of the replacement mirror and labor, compared to the quotes that were half the cost of their quote. I tried to work with the owner of the company that I got in the accident with and Alpha and they could would work out the payment arrangement. Big mistake. I visited Alpha for the initial quote which I received. They were going to order the part and let me know when I arrived. I went back about a month later. They looked in the system, said that there was note and he said he would have to call me back. So I left. Another month went by and I did the same thing and left with the same result. My guess and its just that, the owner of the company that cause the accident and Alpha got together and decided not to work with me. I don't know. Only my mirror was damaged after a work truck crossed into my lane and decided not to stop. I filed a police report and I should have just called a lawyer. Lesson learned. Thanks for nothing Alpha. Too much time passed and now will have to replace my own mirror and I accept my mistakes for not stay on both companies.

I didn't tell them that I was having a difficult time getting stopped and that I was pressing hard on the brake. I also didn't tell them that my car would rev up when stopped sometimes. They figured it all out when I took my car in. My brake pads needed replaced, my spark plugs needed replaced, and my idol throttle needed cleaned. It all made perfect sense to me.
