We actually specifically went here to look for meatballs that they were sold out of in the Chicago Costco while visiting family out there , but they did not have them here in Indiana either. We did find them when we got back home to our local warehouse in PA. I love Costco and we can always find something to buy there. We got gas at this Costco in Indiana, specifically because the state of Indiana has dropped their gas tax because the prices are SO high right now, and we were able to get gas here for $3.19! Here in Pennsylvania it was a dollar more per gallon!!! Just like all Costco's this one has a very large parking lot and it's located kind of back in a business park off of the main highway. We definitely had to use our GPS to find it. I am actually going to stop back here and pick up a birthday cake on my way to Michigan over the Fourth of July. So that is the convenience of Costco. I can order a birthday cake online and swing by this Costco in Indiana instead of carrying the cake, the whole way from PA to Michigan

I did have a truly lovely man, I believe his name was Darryl, on the online customer service side be beyond wonderful a week ago. As for the rest? I have returned a bed, am stuck with about $100 in food that is horrible so far (avoid the macarons) and I will NEVER step foot in that store for any reason or any other location. There is A LOT more to this but if you don't want inconstant customer or food items that are frankly overpriced I'd avoid Costco. I plan to do so. TY PS I was a member for 10 days. I returned the bed within two days and I got confirmation on replacement from their competitor under the warranty from Serta Beautyrest a brand I trust. And had I had confirmation for that the night that I got the membership, I would not have been a member for more than approximately 12 hours before returning the bed and returning the membership. So I lasted 10 days and good riddance. Thank you again.

The grocery shopping and customer service was good until it was time to order a pizza. The guy that was making the pizza didn't have good customer service. For reason he kept skipping me for my order kept serving other people that were after me. As I tried to be nice asking him if he knew how much time he had a rude attitude and answer. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag but he was African American and making the pizzas.

The store has hot breakfast burritos and they have some that are vegan too. I enjoyed it they had Bernie Sanders at the entrance of the store as a cardboard cutout. It's a very small store for what it is but it does have a lot of essential items at very fair prices. Restrooms here are very clean too. They had a great grab-and-go selection as well. Plenty of healthy snacks and discounted items too. If you're an owner you get even better discount items. Parking can be a bit of a pain depending on when you show up. I paid for white glove service and noticed within a few hours that the nightstand had a hole in the back and the bottom drawer would collapse and make a clicking noise every time I open it. I contacted customer service. Ordered a replacement for the following Friday. I requested an evening delivery time due to my 24/7 building restrictions and that no one will be home to sign during the day. Found out a day before that it was being delivered in the morning. Customer service canceled and reschedule following Tuesday. I spoke to multiple representatives in between who confirmed that they had left multiple clear and distinct notes for the delivery team that it has to be delivered in the evening. Was found out the day before the second delivery that it was coming again in the afternoon. Rescheduled for a third time where I was guaranteed by two representatives, with text message proof that it was coming that following Friday after 4:30 PM. I then received a text message after speaking to the six representative that it was coming in the afternoon. I finally got a hold of an in-store manager after calling Customer service a few times. He changed the delivery for Saturday. As I'm writing this review, I am continuing to get emails that it is coming Friday, today, let me remind you No one will be home and there are building restrictions, however, I was told in store that it is actually coming Saturday, but I did not get any proof or email confirming that. This has been the worst customer service experience, especially as a first time buyer. I requested a full refund of the nightstand, which has not been accommodated for, I've asked for a full refund of my white glove service, which I only got a partial refund for. it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not got my replacement and the lack of service between representatives is unacceptable. Come to find out that actually zero notes left for the delivery team, which means customer service did whatever they could do to get off the phone with me. Absolutely unacceptable. never be buying from Bob's again or recommending it.

Cory took a look at my tires, two of them low. One in such a state that he wouldn't refill it. We got them on the schedule same day to be replaced. Thanks to the program I bought with them when I got the tires (way back when) he told me to replace them would only be $30-ish per tire to replace. What a relief. And he took care of some things too. Once they got it up and got the tires off and looked inside, it was learned that there wasn't truly an issue. They replaced the valve stems and sent me on my way. While I was there longer than planned, they made things right, took care of me, and got things situated. Thanks to all, esp Cory!!
