From now on before I buy anything elsewhere I'll be checking here first. They are expecting frequent deliveries so stock will change quickly and they plan to expand into the space next door soon. I have consigned dozens of items (and probably bought as many pieces) and always appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I have introduced several friends to the store who have consigned furniture. Recently, we have noticed that a young woman who accepts items falls short in the customer service area. She has an air of self importance, and as my friend said recently, acts as if she is too busy saving the world to stop and help us mere mortals. Like any business, Couches to Curios would not exist without customers but this person doesn't seem to understand that. The rest of the staff, from owner Becky, manager Patrick (her son), and the sales people are all great.

Additionally, there were clothes I brought that, with the right accessories, such as a shrug, could easily be fall clothes because of the colors. At first, I told them to donate my clothes, but after giving it some thought, returned and took them back. I wish the girl yesterday would have told me they are only accepting fall clothes. I would have gone through the box and pulled out the fall pieces right then and there. Instead, I feel like they didn't go through the box in its entirety and my time as a customer was not valuable to them.

Of course, that's part of how they keep the prices low. For those not familiar, Harbor Freight sells all sorts of tools and such equipment from various countries, usually starting with China then going down the price scale. However, the power tools are of poor quality. They're good for a few uses, but not much. Hand tools, however, are hand tools. Compared to others, this one is a bit bigger. In the back, they have the carts set up to look at, which was the main reason I came in. The narrow aisles and crowded setup is still there, just a lot more items to use up the extra space though. The smell of grease still permeates though the store. Overall, this might be the fanciest Harbor Freight around, although it is still Harbor Freight. And if you do shop here, make sure you have a 20% off coupon and the coupon for a free flashlight.
