When we returned two minutes past 1:30 they shooed us away saying they were closed. Although I understood they had a short time to take their lunch, it would've been good to have that communicated sooner. It just seems that having already seen her once before they could've handled the situation with more poise and much better bed side manner. She's in pain and getting around is very difficult for her. These medications are important for her healing and the lack of compassionate communication just adds to the stress of the whole process.
