First off, kind of a perfect location for those in the neighborhood as you can knock out a lot in Corinth Square and grab some gifts along the way. If you're a National Park lover, look for their candles, postcards and puzzles. They also have cool coffee mugs and some of the best looking blankets I've seen around town. Hard to nail down specifics in this review because there are so many unique things, but those were some standouts that caught my eye. Shop local and check this spot out! Oh and I should add their website has a LOT of the goodies you can find if you need some inspiration: https://www.tylerkingston.com/

Situated in the Corinth shopping area of Prairie Village, it was hard to miss this location. The parking lot was busy, but it was the weekend before Thanksgiving and the weather was GORGEOUS, so why wouldn't people be out?! :-) The store was spacious and open with lots of natural light. It was a lovely place to shop. We saw a collection of boho-chic clothing and accessories as well as various collectibles and gifts... a good selection over all. There was also a rich collection of Kansas City garb and gifts. My favorite items were in the barware section. In total there were great gift options for both men and women. There were two sales associates on duty and both were friendly and helpful. My wife loved the shop even more than I and added it to her list of places to take her sisters when they visit from Texas.

I want to say what a great experience I had at the Shoe Carnival in Grandview today. I was looking…read morefor walking sandals, and I found some that fit me perfectly! MANY thanks to James, the store manager, who gave me invaluable assistance in figuring out the correct size of sneakers to buy (yes, I'm that kind of shopper--go in for one pair of shoes and come out with two pairs, because I just can't resist them!). James was extremely helpful in guiding me to the areas to find the shoes I might like, and the soul of patience as I explained the peculiarities of my feet (they vacilliate between 7.5 and 8). He gave me very good advice, in the form of logical, sound reasoning, for checking the proper fit of a shoe--not just "Is it comfortable?" but also "How does the forefoot feel? How about the heel? Does your foot feel supported?" and similar thoughts. I'll be able to use that information in future shoe purchaes, which I really appreciate. And thank you to Isaiah at the front register; he greeted me as I came in and cheerfully rang up my purchases. He ensured I received credit for all coupons and being a member of the loyalty program. I even got to "spin the wheel" for extra points! :-) James and Isaiah made shoe shopping a fun experience, and I am so grateful to them for that. I'll be back the next time I need new shoes; you can count on it!

He has terrible swelling in his feet and only Hey Dude shoes fit him. He also has severe memory problems and lost one of his shoes. When I entered the store, a young woman who I believe is named Amy, very nicely directed me to the correct area of the store. She saved me a lot of time. When I couldn't find what I needed, a young man very nicely found exactly the shoes I was looking for. He also explained how the shoe box lists the sizes and gender. He and Amy were very personable. Next time that I need to shop for shoes in store, I will definitely go back there.
