I purchased 4 new tires online, and made an appointment to have them installed. on my way home my 4runner was shaking . I went back because one of my wheel weights had been left off and the alignment was off. They said they fixed it but it is still shaking terribly. So now I'm going to have to pay Discount Tire to do the job Sam's was already paid to do. I will never use this service from Sam's again. Pay attention to the dates listed on the other yelp reviews, most are over a year old. From November 2021: 1. Customer service is always good. 2. Popular items are sometimes out of stock. Presumably due to shipping issues or "covid" issues from suppliers. 3. The line to exit the store is sometimes backed up exceptionally far before they get an extra person to help out. 4. The GAS STATION! The WORST. There are arrows on the ground indicated a flow of travel but apparently it's too difficult to understand for most people in this town and the gas station attendant will never fix it. This causes to people getting blocked in, several near accidents, it's just a mess. I wish Sams would be more proactive about this! Overall, a clean and fairly quiet store that I enjoy shopping at. If they fixed some of the small issues, I would give 5 stars. It's just a little frustrating to wait 10 mins to exit the store after I have already purchased my goods. read more

Hurry up and wait. As always, one person at the optical center. I've been standing at the register since 5:25. She's with a customer. The other customers and I have watched her mess with her hair and up it in a ponytail. Will I ever get to order the contacts and leave? I usually have a list of things to get and come out with lots of other items. I love the self checkout! Someone always is around if you need help. I know they are busy but I haven't had a bad experience. I love the variety and there produce is always very good. I usually end up browsing through the clothes section as well. Today, I was unloading my cart into my car and there was a young man collecting up the carts, he came over and helped me load up my car. It was hot outside and he could have just kept collecting up the carts but he came over and helped. I really appreciated that gesture. I love the Sam's Club in San Angelo and appreciate the workers there! read more

Can't believe how friendly and knowledgeable the pharmacist's are. They are an absolute 10 stars. As far as the store goes compared to the Sam's in other cities. They are a solid 4. I can get help when I need it. Store is clean and smells good. Only problem I have is when you walk in front door and those start trying to find out what cable co you use.... annoying I'm happy read more

Sams advertised a 5-8AM free breakfast 1 day only, for Black Friday. However when I arrived BEFORE 7 AM, most of the free breakfast items were gone. Instead of restocking the "free" breakfast, the servers were non-chalant with a "this is all that's left" attitude and said management made the decision. If you are going not restock the "free" breakfast as you should, then you should advertise it truthfully as 5-6AM, only 1 hour, instead of 3 hours. As a result, I refused to buy anything there that day and will only shop there as a last resort. I don't like supporting dishonest businesses. read more

We took a watch in for a refund and had a digital receipt yesterday and today. Back story: my husband purchased the cheaper applewatch and paid while they were getting it. They wound up not having the version we paid for so we paid the extra for the upgraded watch. We to take the watch in to return it with our digital receipt, the guy manning the customer service desk obviously was not having a good day and decided since we didn't have the original hard copy of the receipt showing we paid for the upgrade on a second charge that he wasn't going to return the watch. My husband said well it should be on my account, I have a membership and it has everything I've purchased on it. The response was "oh, I have the receipt right here (pointing at his screen with OUR ACCOUNT showing the receipt) but you don't so you can take a store credit". We went home, printed out the receipt for both charges and had a different person return it with no problem at all. I won't be spending anymore money here after that! read more

Called to get information about shopping online than picking up at the store. The assistant was very rude. I don't have time to do this I am helping others....I would of been happy to wait on hold with no problem. This was very inconsiderate as I am having heart problems and told him this was my reason for calling and asking about this service. Really Sams? You can't get better help than this? Or just letting your people treat your customers like trash. read more

Went to Sams the other day to get a yogurt with all that berry stuff on it. Hmm..well I ordered it and the dumb girl walked back with a cup full of white yogurt!! WTF...no berries....I asked her Wheres the berries??? She looks at me all lame and says...We're out. I said...WELL I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD ME, I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT IT!!! She just looked at me with a dumb face on her face! Poor customer service...she should have said...Well we're out of berries if you'd still like to buy it?? Went to Sam's club this afternoon, purchased two items . It took longer to exit the store after the purchase. There's was a very long line to leave the store. Only one person is checking your receipt as you go out . If it's a busy day Sam's club needs to have two people manning the door . Not only you pay for a membership which goes up each year , every time we check out . the cashier tries to push the upgrade membership after declining it twice before. Sam's need to focus on customer service and not raise the membership fees each year read more

I love this place! I have a plus membership and shop here often. My three and five year old love Sam's too. I love that we can eat lunch here for like 7 bucks! You can't beat that and i love buying my flowers from them. We've also bought our tv, King size mattress, pillows, towels, you name it, from Sam's, and all have been amazing quality! I did have a bad experience once with a cashier that was pushing the wrong button on her end and made it where my credit card wouldn't work, so i ended up having to use cash. I noticed when i went, the following week, the same girl was at the register and the same thing happened with someone else. Management must have noticed how unqualified she was, because i haven't seen her since. read more

The employees are very friendly and the store is well stocked. Great deals can be had there.
